ZigZag Fitness and Dance Studio ZZ's is a dance and fitness studio providing a wide range of dance and fitness programs and classes for everyone in the local community and across London. THE GOAL is to offer fitness classes targeting the health and well-being of the community, from children as young as 18 months old, to older adults ranging from 70 years old and upwards. ZZ's will be a space for exercise, creativity, growth and socialising for all. THE ETHOS is to create a space where everyone is welcome to come and train. Old friends, new friends, families all together enjoying exercise in a none threatening environment. We are not a scary gym, full of scary people. We are a light, friendly, warm space to grow in strength, positivity and determination to be better. WE HOPE to create strong ties with the local council and NHS to ensure that we can offer fitness classes to support patients with specific health needs. WE CANT WAIT TO MEET YOU!
