Zizzi

Yesterday I went to zizzi with a friend and the food was so nice and I be going back again.

Took my little girl out for a girls bday lunch for her 9th. She mentioned to the waitress it was her bday and they came out with a lit candle in her pudding. Thank you for making her bday extra special. Love Zizzis 🤗😁

Never disappoints, food and service excellent, service on a busy Sunday night was a tad slow, but we were in no rush and it didn’t effect a good evening.

Just had the best experience at HH Zizzis. My Mother is in a wheelchair and needs a fair bit of space. The manageress could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We had great service and fabulous food. Thank you so much �

Love the food but waited too long for drinks. Please add an extra scoop of ice cream to the sticky toffee pudding without charge...that was cheeky.

Came yesterday after an appointment in Lewes and was very much looking forward to a nice meal here as have heard lots If positive reviews about it. We arrived and sat at our table it was quite empty so we was expecting to be served nice and quick and not have to wait to long for our food and drink. There was 2 waitresses working who were both very unfriendly. We had to wait 15 minutes for desert as there was no one in the kitchen to dish them up for us. We asked for the bill just as we ordered desert as we were in a rush to get back for school pick up. The waitress was very slow at getting it and was stood in the bar on her phone - not appropriate really.



We had a young girl in a wheelchair with us who needed the toilet so we went to the toilet but her wheelchair was to big to fit in the loo so I had to put her chair across the hall so I can get her out her chair safe and on to the toilet and then move her chair. In the process of moving the wheelchair I had a member of stuff huff at me for taking up the hall way. Not my fault your toilet isn’t suitable for wheelchairs to fit in!!

Imagine how cheesed off I am right now. Sat in Zizzi Haywards Heath waited 55 mins to receive 4 starters, when the table that arrived 8 minutes ago gets their bowl of pasta even before their drinks order arrived to their table literally.

Food very average not as good in fact nowhere near as good as Brighton Marina Zizzi, Spaghetti Bolognese was served as a bowl of spaghetti in what I can describe as a water substance, very little meat substance at all, and tasteless, Coffee was served lukewarm, Won’t be revisiting any time soon

Went today very poor service had to wait nearly two hours for food food wasn't tasty very dirty and toilets was very smelly
