amazing gym, great staff, highly recommend!�

Would highly recommend this gym the staff are friendly and always at hand to help when you need it. Unlike some gyms there is never an issue getting on any of the equipment

Staff are very friendly and put you straight at ease. The gym has loads of cardio machines and i find that the times we go in there is always a machine available...the spinning classes are also great and are definitely made to work.

Just joined this gym in june, all of the classes are great and instructors really motivate you to keep going. This is the first ever gym ive been to and i love it!

Joined in November 2016 after over 12 years away from a gym and I can't praise the staff enough. Being over 50 I was nervous going on my own but the staff made it very easy for me to feel a part of their team, it's like a big family. I love the classes, spinning, kettle bells (when I can get there) and especially body pump, which I have never tried before but absolutely love it! Thank you team xx

Immaculate gym, state of the art, brand new equipment and a nice friendly atmosphere. Only used weights room and cardio but very pleased so far.

I take the spin class there and Sophie (the instructor) is fantastic - definitely put through my paces! All staff are friendly and helpful, and it is such a great place to work out. I highly recommend anyone to join.

Great gym, been a member for almost a year now, just upgraded my membership for classes and really enjoying yoga and pilates on Monday and Thursday evenings.

Great gym with friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. Varied classes which are all fab with good variation of weights and plenty of machines in cardio room. All members are friendly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else I love it
