We provide sessions to promote bonding and attachment, early communication skills, social development, physical and intellectual and emotional development.
1St Sensations Description
Infant massage, baby yoga, music and movement and infant sign for parents /carer and their infants. These classes support infants development, understanding and bonding between infant and parent /carer.
Can help:
development of co-ordination, balance and motor skills, develop communication skills. Infant yoga and massage can reduce the discomfort of colic, wind and constipation, whilst to maintain flexibility of joints, ligaments and tendons. Yoga and massage promotes relaxation, which can improve the quality of sleep.
Infant Reflexology is a lovely way to assist your little one when they are suffering from childhood ailments along with enhancing bonding whereas crafty kids is a fabulous way to remember your babies and infants childhood by making a range of gifts and keepsakes using your childs hand and feet.

1st Sensations Infant Massage also teaches how to massage for different stages of development and incorporates some simple reflexology points of interests whilst covering and building upon the different strokes and massage areas over the 5 weeks. Some gentle movements are incorporated into the massage term along with how these moves can support and benefit the infant
