Today was my first time coming in and it definitely won't be the last! All lovely, friendly staff who provide helpful advice and have completely restored my hair! I came in with overly bleached, slightly orange hair and left with a gorgeous ombre! Will post pictures to show the before and after because it's amazing � still in shock from the difference!

My first time coming to 24 Carat last night to get my roots done and blow dry. Had the best experience! Lovely staff, dead chatty and friendly and couldn't do enough for you asking for drinks and being generally lovely staff! My hair looks absolutely fabulous now, thanks to Jodie! I've been getting my hair cut and jel nails by jodie for about the last 5 yrs and i have been also getting great length extentions for the past 4 yrs. Great service and couldn't find anywhere better. Jodie is now doing mobile hairdressing and this benefits me much better.

Have been coming to Jodie's salon now for 5 years, i first met Jodie when a friend from work gave me her number as i had been totally dropped in it by a hairdresser close to my wedding venue 2 weeks prior to my wedding date and she really did save the day, closing her shop and travelling all the way to beyond darlington to do my hair at less than 2 weeks notice. Prior to this i had previously been a 'hairdresser hopper' as i had never really found a hairdresser who could do my hair exactly how i wanted it and had never really formed any form of friendship with any of my previous hairdressers, needless to say i have never looked back. I attend the salon on average every 6 weeks or so and i am always very well looked after by Jodie and her staff and her mum Jacquie if she is in the shop at the time, i feel like im a part of the family when i am there but today was the best day i have ever had in the salon as i took my little girl Niamh who is 4 for the first time so we could have our nails painted together and they were absolutely fantastic. we met Jodie's new beauty therapist Zoe who was brilliant and we had such a lovely morning together which was made extra special for Niamh with the added special touches. Thank you so much again everyone you really made our day and see you all very soon. xxxxxxxxx

First time I've been to this salon and got my haircut by Jodie. It's a really friendly atmosphere and really pleased with the cut. Would recommend her to anyone. X
