The most rude, obnoxious person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Would give zero stars if the system allowed for it. They arrived an hour late. Work not completed, even though they think it is. Complained about the amount of work even though they knew about it earlier in the week. Load of rubbish left in the garden, not taken away. All patio and not even swept up after themselves. Promises made when the booking was made then lied on the day and reneged on those promises. Totally rude to an 85 year old. Refused to take a cheque and will not be paying them until the work is finished to my satisfaction as per the promise on their website. Then complained that they weren't paid. Work wasn't finished = no payment, simple as that. He then dumped the whole lot illegally flytipping on the roadside. Will never use them again.
Booked to remove waste today at 2pm. Called at 3pm to query if they were running late and was advised they had just left and were on their way. Didn’t turn up. Called at 4:30 and call was declined so cannot contact to rearrange.
Weird. If you can’t make an appointment just acknowledge it.
Awful service. Didn’t come round twice to price up. Clearly doesn’t need the business.
Appalling service!! Ive made 3 appointments to get a quote and ive been let down on every single one with no phonecall to say why or sorry!! I have 2 kids and ive had to wait in for these appointments! I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the second time but they proved me right.. unreliable & cant be trusted!
