My whole experience with Accent Original was outstanding! On the first day I visited the shop I had been to a few other wedding shops but hadn't found anything that I loved. Gayle & Lisa listened to exactly what I wanted and found the perfect dress for me. From then, every appointment was such a lovely, special experience. Just the best bridal shop in Newcastle. The owner, Gayle, does all the alterations herself and I just felt so supported from the moment I stepped into the shop. I get the sense, from the other customers I encountered during my fittings that Gayle and her lovely team will find the perfect dress and provide the best customer service for everyone from the princess to a tomboy like myself. My dress was one that I shunned initially but after Gayle's second request I tried it on and was totally won over. Gayle is a lovely, caring perfectionist who treats your wedding and wedding dress as if it were her own. I could not recommend her more highly. Gayle ps as I know you'll be reading this - I ceilidh danced, did 3 forward rolls on the dance floor and played a bit of rugby and the dress coped admirably.�

I went here a few weeks ago after an awful appointment elsewhere and the girls were so welcoming and friendly, the dresses were gorgeous. I made an appointment to call back but In the mean time found my dream dress, when I called to cancel they were so lovely on the phone saying they were so happy I had found ‘the one’.

I walked in to Accent knowing that I had at least another 4 bridal boutiques to visit .

The welcoming greeting from the girls warms you to them straight away and instantly feel relaxed .

I had an idea in mind what I wanted and chose a few dress from the rails which where just breath taking .

Lisa advised me to try on something that she thought may suit my figure .

The dresses where all simply stunning that I tried , but then when I tried on Lisa’s choice I was literally blown away . To say this dress was made for me is an understatement . I can not thank Lisa enough for picking this out for me as I may have never have tried it on .

All 4 bridal boutiques where then cancelled and I found my dream dress within half an hour ( I thought this was going to be a challenge , clearly not )

Every fitting made me super excited and working with the Accent girls was such an amazing experience , nothing is a problem , perfectionism at its best . The bespoke jewellery Gail made me to complete my look was just out of this world .

I really don’t know where to begin in thanking Lisa, Gayle and the team at accent. After spotting ‘my dress’ at the first wedding fair I attended their service has been nothing but first class. The team were so friendly and welcoming from the moment me and my bridesmaids stepped into the shop and I knew I was ordering my dress from them. After trying a number of dresses, the dress I spotted at the wedding fair lived up to my expectations and I was sold. 9 months later when my dress arrived in store I shared my good news of a baby on the way with Lisa however it meant I would be 24 weeks pregnant at the wedding and I truly thought my dress was heading back on the rail and I was going to need to start my dress shopping again with 4 months to go. The staff at Accent were so confident that my dress would fit me and put me at ease, I decided to trust their confidence and continue with my dream dress and I cannot thank them enough for sharing that confidence with me. The service I received during the fittings was amazing, I had an increased number of fittings and each visit they still took the time to discuss my dress with me and options I had for alterations, Gayle ensured my dress was priority for alterations the week leading up to my wedding and I collected my dress the day before my wedding. Just the best bridal shop in Newcastle. The owner, Gayle, does all the alterations herself and I just felt so supported from the moment I stepped into the shop. I get the sense, from the other customers I encountered during my fittings that Gayle and her lovely team will find the perfect dress and provide the best customer service for everyone from the princess to a tomboy like myself. My dress was one that I shunned initially but after Gayle's second request I tried it on and was totally won over. Gayle is a lovely, caring perfectionist who treats your wedding and wedding dress as if it were her own. I could not recommend her more highly. Gayle ps as I know you'll be reading this - I ceilidh danced, did 3 forward rolls on the dance floor and played a bit of rugby and the dress coped admirably.�

I made an appointment to call back but In the mean time found my dream dress, when I called to cancel they were so lovely on the phone saying they were so happy I had found ‘the one’.

I walked in to Accent knowing that I had at least another 4 bridal boutiques to visit .

The welcoming greeting from the girls warms you to them straight away and instantly feel relaxed .

I had an idea in mind what I wanted and chose a few dress from the rails which where just breath taking .

Lisa advised me to try on something that she thought may suit my figure .

The dresses where all simply stunning that I tried , but then when I tried on Lisa’s choice I was literally blown away . To say this dress was made for me is an understatement . I can not thank Lisa enough for picking this out for me as I may have never have tried it on .

All 4 bridal boutiques where then cancelled and I found my dream dress within half an hour ( I thought this was going to be a challenge , clearly not )

Every fitting made me super excited and working with the Accent girls was such an amazing experience , nothing is a problem , perfectionism at its best . The bespoke jewellery Gail made me to complete my look was just out of this world .



I can not say one negative only that I’m probably never going to walk through there door again .

I really don’t know where to begin in thanking Lisa, Gayle and the team at accent. After spotting ‘my dress’ at the first wedding fair I attended their service has been nothing but first class. The team were so friendly and welcoming from the moment me and my bridesmaids stepped into the shop and I knew I was ordering my dress from them. After trying a number of dresses, the dress I spotted at the wedding fair lived up to my expectations and I was sold. 9 months later when my dress arrived in store I shared my good news of a baby on the way with Lisa however it meant I would be 24 weeks pregnant at the wedding and I truly thought my dress was heading back on the rail and I was going to need to start my dress shopping again with 4 months to go. The staff at Accent were so confident that my dress would fit me and put me at ease, I decided to trust their confidence and continue with my dream dress and I cannot thank them enough for sharing that confidence with me. The service I received during the fittings was amazing, I had an increased number of fittings and each visit they still took the time to discuss my dress with me and options I had for alterations, Gayle ensured my dress was priority for alterations the week leading up to my wedding and I collected my dress the day before my wedding.
