Went for the first time today on a miserable cold and wet day and honestly wasn't expecting too much and honestly had an absolute blast! Kids absolutely loved it and so did I and still a massive amount of activities for them and kept busy and happy for over 6 hours! Brilliant. We will most definitely be back!

User

We were down from Scotland staying with family in Newcastle for a few days and wanted to have a day out with my 1 year old. We found Adventure Valley online and what a great find! We all had a fantastic day and will make sure we visit again next time we are down

User

We visited on Monday 4th June as my 2 children aged 3 and 9 had a teacher training day. We had a fantastic day week day price entry £24 for us all 2 get in I heard some one complaining a few things weren’t open but staff who were there were lovely n wen asked opened anythin they cud. Adventure valley were operating on less staff as it was classed as term time so did a fab job in my eyes. Went out of there way 2 open at least one bouncy cushion while the others were being cleaned. We had a fab time playing hide n seek in the castle n chasey round the pirate ship so much 2 do we spent from 10 til 3.30 n cud hav stayed longer if it wasn’t 4 fear of facing rush hour traffic lol yes food is abit expensive but generally food is at an attraction like this but u can take a picnic so it’s up 2 the individual how much they wana spend we loved everything thank you adventure valley

User

We visited for the first time yesterday seems really good value and loads for our toddler to do. Unfortunately our little one took ill an hour into our visit ... I mentioned this on the way out and the manager gave us free entry to return again for free. Great customer service looking forward to returning and enjoying it properly ÔøΩ. Thank you to the lady that helped us in the shop you went above and beyond XX

User

We all had a fab time here today. Thought all the staff were great, really friendly. Wanted to leave a review to say how fab and hard working the lad working in the carpark/field was. He pushed car after car out of the mud so people could get in & out. That guy deserves some real recognition! 👍🏼😃

User

I've had the best day today it was my first visit to adventure valley and it won't be my last ... My son is 17months and there was plenty for him to do as well as for bigger children ... We loved it ÔøΩ

User

Have had a great Fathers Day today at Adventure Valley with our 2.5 and 4 year olds. Might not have been Daddy's top choice for a day out but he admitted to having enjoyed it: Happy kids Happy Parents! We thought it would be busy thanks to the free Dad entry but it wasn't too bad. Only queued a short while at the cafe and the food came quickly. Kids had a great day with the only disappointment being no donkey rides. Thanks Adventure Valley.

User

Great day out today with my 3 kids amd my friend and her 4 we all loved it plenty to do for everyone kids loved the easter egg hunt and meeting the rabbit. All the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Would definately keep visiting one of the best places near me to take the kids.

User

Got to say we loved it worth every penny just one note invest in a pully for the doughnut slide my kids loved it but little ones pulling them back to the top couldnt do it and some adults couldn't either over all fabulous day xxxx

User

Couldn’t recommend this place more! we went for our first time today and both my kids loved it and couldn’t fault the place, staff were all so welcoming and friendly, plenty for the kids to play on and my daughter got to feed so many different animals, we will be going back!

User

Visited with my daughters nursery a couple of weeks ago. Lovely day and lots to do. The only downfall I found, my daughter was on the inflatable trampoline/pillow things and ended up taking her socks off, she ran off and all around the edge there is pieces of black rubber which due to the heat where absolutely red hot and she was screaming. I ran and picked her up off it. Obviously if she never took her socks off that wouldn't have happened but just a heads up as kids will be kids and also for people who's children might be wearing sandles without socks, take some socks and make sure they don't take them off.

User

Just got back home.

My kids (5 years & 18 months) loved it.

Loads to do. We were there for 6 1/2 hours and busy the whole time.

Alice in Adventureland was great and I personally enjoyed the owl show.

My only negative would be that the food wasn't the best for the money but the kids enjoyed it.

Thanks.

User

Had a great day yesterday for my daughters birthday, loads to do, parks were great which they loved.

Didn’t have time to do everything n see all shows so would need a couple more visits.

Cost nearly £50 for a family of 4 (same price for adults n kids) but also charge extras for pony rides n go carts etc so could work out an expensive day.

There is plenty of picnic areas so we did that which saved a bit of money because cafe was a bit pricey or a family of 4.

Overall my daughter had a great day n we would come back

User

We visited today for the first time , my son had a fabulous time and we didn’t have enough time to get round everything we would need a few visits. However in the animal enclosure I was very disturbed about the condition of the llama. She is clearly fed and watered and cared for barring her mental health. She was confined to a very small space and very distressed. When making an enquiry about her the staff were aware she was stressed out. They stated she would be moved and swapped with another llama but this would not take place until Wednesday a further 2 days away. Also I think I and my children would much rather see a happy llama in a field than stroke a distressed one. It was very distressing for me to see and I left feeling upset.

User

Visited today with a 1 year old. Nothing much for him to do apart from the under 5’s soft play which was packed out with children over 5 so he couldn’t play on it properly as it was so rowdy. Other soft play areas was full of older children and no adults allowed so couldn’t use them either plus it was raining so nothing to do outside. Also £7.95 per adult is a bit expensive especially as we weren’t going on anything or doing anything. Disappointing.

User

There’s plenty to do here- especially if the weather is good.

However don’t expect much from the ‘events’, poorly thought out and leaving children wondering what they were there for.

Also if you go on the Alice in wonderland hunt and find all the letters to then claim your prize....don’t think you’re getting anything good! What a let down.

User

We went yesterday for the first time and had an OK day... this was due to the sun shining and lovely staff.

From the start we were a bit confused how they can charge the same price for adults and children? What’s the point of having a price list??!!!

The food was a little over priced too.

As far as the attractions go they are ok.

Wouldn’t rush back but pleased we tried it

User

We visit quite regular and have been to the winter wonderland experience 4 years running and have always had a wonderful time. However this year was a major let down. Firstly there were far too many people in each group. When we got to the first part seeing the reindeer we were stood right at the front and still could not hear a word that was said by the elves. Far too quietly spoken and too many people! Then when it came to handing out the reindeer dust it was just utter chaos. I had to ask for mine or I would not have got any.

Then into the theatre. Again another issue with too many people. My kids could not get anywhere near the bottom to join in the activities. Previous years we also got a treat when going into theatre but nothing this year.

No animals this year was a big disappointment. Not even any rabbits to pet.

The elves did not really do much with the kiddies at all.

Finally the only positive from the whole experience is the Santa visit. He is fantastic and had the experience just been that he would of got 5*.

All in all a great let down and doubt very much I will come again.

User

Visited last Thursday and while i understand i went on a mid day week all the rides were advertised ay being available for use by contacting a member of staff. Neither i or my friends could find any. We even called the number on the website to request assistance and the person said she would have to speak to her manager and put the phone down. 20 minutes later and there was still no sign of anyone coming to allow us to use the attraction!!!

Animal food was available to buy at the entrance yet there were only a handful of animals you were allowed to feed due to the others being on special diets.

The world fastest turtle wasnt going anywhere as it was attached to a broken wire where its kept. We did report this and it was released but not something you would expect to of happened. Really disappointed especially as we were over £40 to get in.
