At this present time , A&E Professional Chimney sweep will be remaining closed to further notice. Unfortunately my partner Tony has had a life changing accident on his motorbike last Sunday. He is currently gravely ill in Preston hospital . If you currently have an appointment I will try to contact you to cancel. But please bear with me. Cant believe this one !! After a chimney fire and water ingression from fire brigade, we still brought all this down along with a gas cowl which had been cemented to pot by installers!! Thanks for the sweeping at Kelloe last Monday, the stove door now closes properly after soaking the lock in WD40 as you advised. However, when you put the stove linings back as intended after being wrongly fitted from new, on Sunday the stove really blasted some heat out so it's greatly improved it's efficiency. Many thanks.

Wow. Excellent service. Lovely people too. Had my woodburner checked and chimney swept today after moving into my house in September. The whole thing needed to be removed, as it was obviously a very long time ago it was done. Nothing at all was too much trouble. Everything explained in detail. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending. 100% first class service!! See you next year �

We had forgotten how our fire looked until you guys cleared our flue liner of creosote and soot. We lit it 10 minutes ago the way you recommended and look at it go! The chimney now draws really well and our house isn't smokey any more. Thank you so much for all you did and look forward to seeing you again next year. I'm not usually one for leaving reviews however I feel the level of professionalism and service I received form A&E Professional Chimney Sweep compelled me to.



I called them out due to a previous sweep not resolving an issue with a neighbours chimney which could have left us with serious building works to do. They managed to fit us in the same day which was impressive, and even over the phone the level of information provided surpassed my expectations. They resolved the issue, provided sound advice, and judging by the other reviews gained another happy customer.



I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot recommend Tony enough! He is an absolute gent! He has came to our rescue more times than I've had hot dinners! He has came out on short notice, night time and on Sunday's! This guy is genuine, hardworking and respectful and Aaron and I cannot thank him enough xx

I cannot recommend Tony and Elaine enough. We have a log burner in our new home which had not been swept for a few years. Tony and Elaine were so patient and very professional and did an excellent job. They also went the extra mile and showed us how to maintain it properly as well as lighting the fire. Nothing was too much trouble, top class customer service!

Had our chimney swept few weeks ago which was well over due, fab job done and lovely people would deffo recommend!

When I moved into the house I was told there was an issue with part of the flue having collapsed which was likely to cost me thousands, but I thought I'd get it swept & assessed myself. Turns out it was a large birds nest & after Tony & his partner doing a wonderful job I now have a fully working fire. I'm over the moon & can't recommend them enough !

Came today to clean my mam & dad's log burner, what a great job you guys done absolutely over the moon with your knowledge and expertise in this business can't believe how some people can rip you off, you both are a credit and will certainly be recommending you to anyone, see yous next year for our next service, the baker family �

Came out today to do 2 sweeps and done an exceptional job - would rate well above 5 star and will recommend their services 100% even lit both stoves and showed me how to burn them correctly - thank you to both of you xx
