We've just got back from our twin boys' 11th birthday party and wanted to say thank you. What makes this place different is the professional and caring attitude of the staff. Our sons and their friends had a great time. It's clean, not too busy and good value for money.

We went yesterday for my daughter birthday 4th November, at first I was not happy and tried to talk my daughter out off it as I thought it was well and truly over priced, but at the party I found the staff where great and it was really well organised, with 20 kids to get names, date off birth, and socks, and to see video, I thought was great and well organised, the kids had a great time and they even said themselves that they felt it was not to busy, and was better for them, the food was great and tasted great, enough off it even just being pizza, hotdog and nachos it all went down well and no one went away hungry, thank you very much for making my daughter day as great as it was, and I will be re visiting and recommend this place to others я┐╜

Visited the tiny tot one off session with my little boy, he wouldnt go on at first but the lovely lady on court marshal encouraged him, he absolutely loved it, they kept all kids entertained in playing different games with them, I'd love to see more tiny tot sessions done during school time as its perfect for me and my lil boy to spend one on one time doing something to different befre his brothers come home Nd befre he has to start full time school on september x

Visited the Tiny Tots session today and both me and my little one had loads of fun! The staff are really lovely and helpful too. Will definitely be visiting again and would love for the sessions to continue я┐╜ Would certainly recommend Airtime to others!

Thank you to the staff yesterday..my daughter fell over in the seating area and banged her knee which instantly swelled up..The girls were straight over and gave first aid to my daughter very attentive and even had my daughter smiling in the end.really appreciate everything you did for her...

Our Granddaughter had her 7th birthday party here yesterday, 17 friends and all parents sent messages to say each one had a really good time. And just to add the food was really good and endless drinks.

My son had his 8th birthday party at airtime earlier today and I canтАЩt fault anything at all. The kids had a fab time and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The party food and drinks were fab too! Thank you airtime я┐╜

My daughter Millie came for her friends birthday today and absolutely loved it. She said ...she enjoyed it more than Jump 360 because it's smaller and feels more personal and she said the staff really care you are having fun and are really nice to you..., so definitely a big hit. We will have to come with both our girls. Thanks.

Service was top notch, food was brilliant, ran smoothly and all the staff were excellent (even the parents had a bounce!) Poppie had a brilliant time and weтАЩll deffo be booking a party in the future! Fantastic value for money with the party, socks, food, invites and sweet cones. The girls doing the booking couldnтАЩt do enough to help and the staff were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. 5 stars Airtime awesome place! я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜

Had my son's party here last week. Highly recommend, kids had a great time. Staff were very helpful, booking process was easy. Food was great. Son said it was the best party ever.

Had a brill time at airfit. Knackering but good fun at the same time. Will 100% be back

First time here , kids really enjoyed . Its very clean. Staff even moved my booking forward as arrived too early. Drinks and food prices very reasonable. Will definitely be returning.booked two days in advance for ┬г6 each.

Fantastic little trampoline park perfect for the area less than half the price of jump 360 and just as much fun for young children. We lived our first visit here

Absolutely loved it, great staff very friendly & always happy to help.

Our food took a little longer than 1st thought but was offered a free slush as a little apology all the staff & managers etc are getting used to things so there will be little things that don't go to plan but all that will come in time.

Couldn't recommend it enough, lovely for a couple of hours for the kids to burn some energy off. Your all doing great ЁЯСНЁЯП╝ЁЯСПЁЯП╝

2nd time at Tiny Tots sesh for my 2 year old(and I). Staff are great with kids and really friendly. A good way for myself to squeeze a bit of fitness in too!я┐╜я┐╜

Haven't had time to try the food as my little boy won't come away from the trampolines!

He loves to jump off the drop onto the airbag too and had a go at the basketball this time which he enjoyed.

Probably his new fave indoor place!

This is not a company I would recommend. My sister, a single mother, and her daughter were forced off the trampolines for not wearing airtime branded socks, despite wearing correct trampolining socks with grips on the bottom.

The manager forced them both off the trampoline and ordered them to, "but the airtime socks, or leave!"

Absolutely disgusting customer service.



I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially since I have already made one complaint which has been ignored.

Booked my SonтАЩs 6th birthday party here. Almost ┬г13 a head so not cheap but worth the money if u get a good service -to which I never at all.



ItтАЩs basically ran by children!! Who have zero customer service skills or give a crap.



I turned up- the birthday boy didnтАЩt even get any socks- I had to go back and ask for them. The party host only showed her face when she lit the candles and went.



I wasnтАЩt informed the kids got unlimited lemonades etc and was only brought over juice once- so we missed out massively. I kept having to go back for more juice cos no one came over and topped it up.



My 3 year old daughter cried for 1 hour solid as she was told she was not allowed on the trampolines-even tho she was being held by her responsible parents. We even got ordered off by the 16 year old workers with their Walky talkies because I held my upset daughter and carried her over to see her brother as she was

Missing him- to be ordered off.she wasnтАЩt even on the floor!! Very rude and OTT. There should be something for the little ones to keep them happy and entertained.



Then the food came- I specifically ordered 3 pizzas- 1 pepperoni, 1 cheese and 1 with ham -NO Pineapple as my son is allergic!! What comes???? 2 cheese and one with ham and pineapple?when I explained- the staff seemed annoyed and said well it wasnтАЩt down on the request form??? No apology nothing. Their brought me out another one but I didnтАЩt get the pepperoni one!!and the ham was hidden under the cheese so deep u cld not see the ham and another girl ate it thinking it was cheese and she canтАЩt eat ham!!!! Not happy.



Then we asked for ketchup as all the containers were completely empty. When I asked for another they said there was some out and seemed they didnтАЩt believe me when I said they were empty so I asked them to check and they kindly brought me another bottle to share amongst 13 kids as all the other bottles were empty too. Very helpful.



I paid for 13 kids- only 11 plates were out and I had to ask for another 2 plates but I wasnтАЩt given any more food just extra plates even tho I paid extra for 13 people and not 11.



Then they kindly cut the cake for me.i asked them to cut 16 slices- the cake was enough for 16. Was a shambles. They destroyed the cake it was in pieces all crumbled up when they shoved it in the napkins I provided them. Then they only dished out 11 cakes!!why so kids were left without cake!????



Not one of the staff wished my son a happy birthday nor made it feel special for him or us. I feel completely robbed especially as no one got the fizzy drinks we were entitled to as I was not informed.......



I would like some form of compensation back and this will be going on trip advisor.



On the plus side-it was a nice place and the kids enjoyed it and the food was lovely. Just a shame the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and it should not be ran by children.

Not one of the staff wished my son a happy birthday nor made it feel special for him or us. I feel completely robbed especially as no one got the fizzy drinks we were entitled to as I was not informed.......



I would like some form of compensation back and this will be going on trip advisor.



On the plus side-it was a nice place and the kids enjoyed it and the food was lovely. Just a shame the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and it should not be ran by children.
