First @totalwarrioruk training completed 🏃🏻‍♂️ great turn out for 630am! Hill sprints are bad enough, but on sand as a finisher definitely opens the lungs up! Next TW session will be bank holiday Monday, 730am, location to be confirmed.....

To say i loved it thats in a past tense should read i love it ....great gym more than ample for workout needs good cardio as well the owners and staff are really friendly and helpfull ...i agree that delaval has bn cryin out for this ...much better then crammy or killy ....well done and GOOD LUCK for the future ....

This is a brilliant gym. The staff are so friendly, they always remember my name but they don't intrude when you're getting busy on the equipment. Everyone should join.

This gym is brilliant, excellent staff and really good variety of classes. All the staff are really approachable and encouraging . Would recommend it to anyone .

The staff are lovely and the facilites are fantastic!

Never joined a gym properly before so big first for me. Sharon took all my credentials and showed me around the equipment and gave me a cracking intro/workout. Can't wait to get stuck in.
