What can I say about this amazing little Retreat - well it's amazing, beaitifully furnished it's stunning with gorgeous staff. I had a full body massage from Sophie I was so relaxed and in the zone I almost fell asleep. The oils were amazing and I felt so relaxed and invigorated at the same time x I will definitely be back. Also it was fizz Friday and was offered a cold glass of prosecco which I accepted wholeheartedly mmm what a fabraruc aftetnoon I had. Fabulous place with fabulous staff. Love love love it ❤️

What an amazing treat! Had a back massage and facial which was one of the best I've ever had. Beautiful surroundings, really friendly staff, a proper little oasis of calm slap bang in the city! I will certainly be returning! 😃

Went to The Grey Hotel for my daughters Hen party weekend and booked in for a facial here ...it was amazing felt lovely when we left ....and the staff are so lovely gave it 5 stars would give it more if there was any

Tried this through wowcher, which normally makes me hesitant at how good the place is gonna be but it was UNREAL. Will definitely use again, what a gorgeous hidden treasure in the city centre!

I’ve been here twice now to have both my nails and toes done with gel nails, and had a manicure and pedicure. Sophie is brilliant and the gels are indestructible! Would highly recommend, it’s a lovely little place, very nicely decorated and the staff are lovely. My new favourite place, will soon be back!

I was back here again the other night for a hot stone massage, it was bliss! The team are so welcoming, the location is right in the middle of the city centre but it feels like a hidden gem. The decor is beautiful! I highly recommend you book yourself in for a pamper!

I have been a couple of times myself and then booked a man session as a gift for my husband with my own third visit. We were both so pleased with the whole thing, atmosphere, treatments and the girls. So friendly and helpful Can't wait for my next appointment. My husband has booked another too!

How on earth did I not know about this little beauty! Very friendly staff, professional, immaculately clean. I have never know someone get so many knots out my back as Sophie did today! Beauty salon is brilliant, calm and peaceful.







I did not stay in the hotel, but have 3 treatments in the "All about you" salon.

It is beautiful, clean and clam. It was nice and quite, could not hear any noise or chatter from outside. Both Rachel and Elaine were really professional, polite and attentive. The treatments were just fabulous and I felt really pampered.

I would highly recommended it.

Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Might even try a hotel stay next time.

Had an amazing Elemis Superfood Facial by Elaine. It was the best Facial I have had and I have had a lot. The salon is beautifully decorated and is well worth a visit. Will definitely be going back.

Attended today for a hen party which included a treatment and afternoon tea. Had an amazing back massage and couldn’t have been treat better. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, loved it xx

Attended a hen do here last month, couldn’t fault the place! The girls made us feel so welcome and the treatments were of high quality!! Also, accidentally left my brand new Mac foundation in one of the beauty rooms and the girls found it and kept it for me to collect the next day! Lovely, clean salon! Lovely girls, lovely treatments!!!! Xx
