Went into the shop on the 9th April seeking advice for a lizard and what a nice welcome we got. Everything was explained from the different kinds and what would be best also the setup they need. Pleased to say i pick up a little guy at the end of the month. Pleased i went there thankyou. Ps this shop is recommended to everyone.
Went in today and learnt loads of knew knowledge about my Tortoise! Really friendly and professional! Defiantly will be visiting again ☺️

Popped into the shop for some live food earlier today. Warm welcome from the gent working (Sorry didn't catch your name) Bit of a natter. Definitely a shop I'll be visiting again. On a side not the rottweiler is a beauty and thankfully didnt notice my hood. ☺
Popped in today to buy a basking bulb for my turtle's...lovely pleasant and polite staff and very knowledgeable will highly recommend,and will be using them from now on...
Lovely friendly Shopkeeper, very knowledgeable and helpful, the shop is spotless and all the animals look very well cared for. We could have stayed for hours ! highly recommended !
Love this shop local and very pleasant chap love the rockweiler to me and sasha on first term basis now well recommended well worth a visit

Heat shop the lad that owns it is really knowledgable and helpful if you haven’t been there your missing out his reptile � displays are great
Called in after hearing good things and have to say we're impressed.
Got loads of helpful advice and his live food is always top class n healthy. Very broad range of knowledge and always happy to answer questions.
Definitely our first Go To shop, other shops in the area just don't come close.
Brilliant shop well laid out and gives good advice. Nothing is a trouble.
Amazon exotics is an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable shop whether you are a fish enthusiast or love beardies this is the shop for you the animals are amazing and the after care is flawless.
