The sessions have been so enjoyable, I actually look forward to a Monday, now! Amy bakes every week sugar-free, dairy/wheat/egg/free banana muffins, perfect for little ones and mums with any allergies, brings healthy snacks too.

It's such a relaxed environment, breastfeeding friendly and the children give us a giggle each week. I love that I can get some yoga done while I have my little girl in tow and that she also gets an early introduction to such a healthy and relaxing practice.

The best part for me, however, is how much the sessions have helped relieve my back pain from pregnancy!

Couldn't recommend the class more.

User

So much fun. I have started the aerial course (with no previous experience) and having an absolute blast. Great workout and lots of laughs! Thank you

User

So much fun and great at burning calories!! I’m terrified of going upside down, but getting over my fear and hoping to achieve more worth the next block!

User

I've just finished my second term of ariel yoga and I'm loving it! It's challenging ,even though I exercise regularly it's totally different form of exercise and it's really fun and different! Looking forward to the next block, thanks Amy!

User

I tried the aerial yoga workshop today and absolutely loved it!! It was really good fun and challenging enough without being off putting. Thank you!

User

I started off with yoga classes at eaglescliffe forest school. The class was friendly and very relaxed. I went for my mind as much as to improve my flexibility which running and lack of stretching has robbed me of. Really enjoyed it. This is just the start of my journey with this yoga group. The teacher (and even stand in teacher we had once) was both knowledgable and friendly. Guiding you through a sequence or moves and informing you on why you were doing it.

User

I love these classes. I've just finished my 5 week block signed up for my next lot. After having a baby these classes have given me my confidence back whilst enjoying myself and learning something new. Amy is a great teacher and the classes are relaxed.

User

I love the Hatha yoga on a Monday evening . Nice surroundings and Amy offers a varied programme of practice every week. Offers challenge and great opportunity to improve your core strength while giving lots of opportunities to relax and chill .

I look forward to it every week and am never disappointed.

Thanks Amy , looking forward to next sessions after half term

I like to try new things so when I saw aerial yoga advert on Facebook I was very intrigued. I also love hanging upside down In the gym doing sit ups in gravity boots and handstands against walls.... never grown up really. So figured the aerial yoga classes would be right up my street. Started in January and taken five classes so far, I am really enjoying the stretches and the "circus" elements. Can't wait to start the next block of classes 18 February. Had a taste of the aerial fit class and found that very hard in a good way. I have already recommended aerial yoga to my friends and they are signing up for intro to aerial. If you like challenging exercise then give it a go I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do.

User

I joined the beginner arial yoga class with my daughter, she loves exercise, me not so much but I thought it looked like a fun thing to do together. We both love it! I have had shoulder pain for a few years and it has totally gone! I guess the stretching was what I needed. We signed up for the next block straight away. This is the most fun I’ve ever had during exercise and the hour flies by.

User

I have really enjoyed learning Ariel yoga it’s so much fun as well as keeping you fit. Would definitely recommend anyone to try it

User

I have loved my classes on aerial fit. Just completed my first block and have booked on to my second . Amy is brilliant and has taught me so much in 5 weeks. Im looking forward to the next 5

User

I cannot recommend Anvesaka enough. I started Aerial yoga before Christmas thinking I would do one term as an experience and leave it, it's now my favourite day of the week and I've just signed up for my third term. I'll not be giving up any time soon and with Amy's instruction I've already come on leaps and bounds and built loads of confidence.

User

Having never done Yoga for a very long time and coming back after injuries/surgery, I can’t recommend this class enough. It helps to build my core strength whilst calming my mind after a busy week at work. The classes are well structured and taken by a very knowledgeable instructor.

User

Enjoyed Amy’s Aerial yoga class and her Hatha class very much also it’s good that she lets you swap classes too! Hoping that her Restorative yoga class is still going to go ahead next term!!

User

Brilliant class need I say more! Try it for yourself it’s fantastic

User

Anvesaka Yoga has not only given me strength in my body, allowed me to fly and do things I would never have thought I could do but given me a new found family . A family that support each other mentally and physically . I am so lucky to be part of this amazing group of aerial yogis I cant wait for even more !!
