Wow I can't believe it's my 1st time here. The food is so good, fresh, authentic & delishious will definitely be back.
Very lovely food. Duck cooked to perfection and staff were all lovely and attentive.
I fully recommend.
The food was beautiful and was cooked perfectly, could not fault it at all. The staff and service was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this restaurant when you want a great evening out with friends and family!
Superb meal, all 5 of us chose different dishes and all 5 of us cleaned our plates. I even contemplated licking my plate when no one was looking 😂
Cheese and onion Naan was a new one on me but it didn't disappoint.
Outstanding food with outstanding service. Highly recommend you try this restaurant if you love Indian food. A great eating experience!
Loved it. Very polite, friendly staff and great service. The food was spot on and beautiful. Will definitely be back for more
Just been for a gorgeous meal, food and service was brilliant highly recommended
Had a visit last night, this being our 2nd visit. Staff friendly again & great service. The chicken chatt was just delicious I could have that as a main on its own or maybe x2/3
Fantastic! Recently had a meal in Ashoka and it was absolutely beautiful. Staff were very friendly and went out there way to make me 2 dishes which weren’t even on the menu. Food was superb, great atmosphere. Couldn’t fault it. Can’t wait for the next visit.
Fantastic food, highly recommend. Had lamb chops and chicken starter followed by a chefs recommendation mixed meat heriari, very tasty indeed
Fantastic food every time and the service is best ever. I started with lamb's liver, now as a cook myself I know how hard it is to cook liver perfect, but to do it in a tandoor is magic. I would Defo recommend this place.
Been loads of times and never had a bad meal, however last night the service was really spot on. We were upstairs with only one other couple but never had to chase up a waiter. The lad was good craic and looked after us well, hence the good tip 👍
Absolutely gorgeous. As soon as me and my partner walked in greeted by a young gentleman who made us feel welcome instantly. A major plus. All the staff are very friendly. I got a Madras extra spicy and even though it was extra spicy didn't lack in flavour. My partner got a tikka jalfrezi and we can't fault it. He's a chef and adored it! (Hes picky haha)We will be coming back 100%! Look forward to our next visit
Absolutely beautiful food! Excellent service- highly recommend.
First time here last night. Been back up north of the since November and looked/tried different Indian takeaways but they have all been bland and tasteless. The food we had here was lovely made to our specifications. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only recommendation would be to have a bit more veggie options. Deffo found our restaurant. 🖒
Amazing meal. Mushroom Pilau was amazing and the lamb vindaoo was outstanding as well as very hot! The reason for 4 stars is the Chips look like frozen chips and not the chunky homemade ones that you can get from other Indian places.
We had to wait at bar until staff prepared a table for us, booking was for 7.45, a group came in after us and they told staff they were booked for 8pm they were shown straight to a table, we were still waiting, when we finally got a table we again had to wait for our food our main course arrived one and a half hours later and then they tried to overcharge us adding another bottle of wine to our bill, sorry ashoka but you won't be treating us like that again the only reason you got 3 stars was because the food was nice, the service was disgraceful
Temperature was extremely cold sitting in the upstairs part of the restaurant.
Indian food was lovely as usual
The scampi was atrocious. Over cooked and looked grey/black inside.
Obnoxious new staff, assistant manager really unhelpful on this occasion, Iv never had a issue here prior to eating on Friday gone but this has certainly clouded my judgement.
Absolutely no point in eating upstairs if you have to keep your coat on for a little warmth.
Sorry but the most tasteless Indian food ever
