went with my almost 9 year old grandaughter Lacey who wanted gel nails for her birthday/holiday .. her nails were not very long but the staff were lovely and i think it was Courtney who did her amazing nails in her favourite colour blue ..ive had mine done before and they did a great job then ..im going in 2 weeks to get them done again ..thank you Bay Bays

i wouldnt go anywhere else for my nails done. been in today and had my nails infilled and new colour and had lashes on to. fab job like always. love my lashes thanks to courtney. see yous soon xx

Went in today with my 11 year old daughter who got her toenails done in Gel all the girls were so friendly and she loves her new nails, I myself got nail gels and I absolutely love them thanks so much, we will be back for sure thanks Nicole xxx

So happy been going to Baybays for ages now, had damaged my real nail and the girl that was doing my acrylic was really careful&gentle and didn’t hurt at all! Snapped one of my acrylics today and was fitted in straight away and fixed so quickly really happy�

Great service, extremely welcoming and great end results! Love my nails and eyelash extensions and with it being the first time ever getting my lashes done I was made to feel so comfortable! Definitely recommend and I will be returning! Great price too!

Got my nails done here for the 1st time yesterday. Great opening hours, great vibe and my nail technician was lovely. Helped me decide on matching nail colours to the glitter. Can't wait to come back and get them done again, especially with their loyalty card scheme. £28 for a full set of acrylics with gel colour and glitter - can't complain! My nails are ready for my trip to New York! �

Got my nails and eyebrows done today. Bethany put my tips on and shaped my nails she was great and very friendly. Another girl did my design (not sure of her name) she was also very friendly and throughout she made sure i liked my nails if i wanted things changed etc. Anna then did my eyebrows which are a great shape now anna was also very friendly. My first time here and will be visiting bay bays again. Very friendly staff.

First time I had ever been to this salon but I definitely wasn't disappointed x my nails are absolutely immaculate. I am soooo in love with them x best acrylics I've ever had done x nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff were all lovely xx definitely going to return ��

Came here after recommendation. Got exactly what I asked for and Courtney was really friendly and even stayed late to do exactly what I wanted which was grey ombré with glitter. Lovely holiday nails for a good price. Had to file down for work but they have been on for 5 weeks and still going strong. I will be back here for my Christmas nails soon.

Been going to BayBays for a long time now and I really couldn't fault it. The staff are lovely and friendly and welcoming. Despite being very busy the staff will work really hard to fit you in and make sure you get seen to. My nails are always done to a high standard and I always come away really happy with my experience! Would definitely recommend BayBays!

A huge thank you to bay bay who stayed behind after closing to fit me in and now I have absolutely beautiful nails again not many places would do that for customers I wasn't rushed or less time spent on my nails either they are fab thank you

Went to get a full set of acrylic nails. Says on Facebook £22 on their leaflet on the Facebook page £25. I was charged £30!!! They charged £5 for nail varnish even though it says white tips is included. Most places the nail varnish is included in the full set price. Are we supposed to leave with just acrylic! I will not be returning!

Nails were ok but i felt very uncomfortable in salon 2 members of staff sat talking in chinese whilst doing mine and another customers nails...only time my technician spoke or looked at me was to ask what i wanted... thought they were very rude...laughing...possibly at me or other customers...wouldnt know as i cant speak chinese...like a conveyor belt...wont be going back!

I have heard great things bout you’s but this is my second lot of nails which are infills first lot were perfect but this time there not great,one has come off already only gt them done a week ago there different shapes and lengths my cuticles weren’t done or oil put on after. Wen getting the old acrylic filed off it hurt my nails which I made clear. Had my nails on 1 week now I have to gt a replacement as it’s fell off. Really hope this is a one off but not happy.
