We love it here. Sandwiches are fresh & tasty. Coffee & teas are lovely. And of course the muffins are so pretty & very tasty too!

Totally addicted to BB's muffins! We love to visit and have either the tea & muffin deal or a milkshake/smoothie with a muffin. We also have to take a box of six muffins home with us too! Staff are so friendly and helpful and always make us feel like we're visiting old friends.

This has to be the best place ever for muffins. Freshly made at the cafe as well. Such friendly and helpful staff. I have a 4 month baby and often pop in for a cup of tea and a muffin. Always help me to a table. Also comfy seats and child and baby friendly.

Popped in for coffee and tempted by muffins on display. The apple muffin is amazing! Served warm and soft and moreish and staff were happy to just serve my coffee with one shot as I find it too strong otherwise. Cappuchino was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful. Defnitely recommend xx

Often go here for lunch have to say that all staff are excellent and food is lovely, that’s how we have become regulars 💕💕💕

My mam went here with her friend and they got the coffee and muffin deal for £4.40, my mam said the muffin was absolutely fabulous. Freshly baked that morning according to the lady. My mam recommends this place over all the other places in the Metrocentre. She will be back 🙂

Friend and I had a lovely lunch here today. Great coffee and the best toasty we’ve ever had, sourdough with cheese n ham and cheese n onion. Lovely service too! �

The staff were fab. I had a mediocre sandwich and a warm latte. I prefer my drinks hot but know that they are following guidelines. It wasn't cheap but it was nice enough. I will go back - the muffins looked lovely!

I always get a nice cuppa tea, the muffins are lovely especially at tea and muffin for 2 for £5:50 good value. Also loyalty card gives 2 free drinks when full most places only give 1 free drink per full card.

Really Ike this Cafe, great staff, good coffee and lovely muffins but why oh why have you started stocking those awful cheap Urban sandwiches that have so little filling in them and are bland they are not worth the money . My favourite was the pizza baguette. My husband and I had a bacon sandwich each they were OK and that's about all I could say.Please go back to decent sandwiches . Glad muffins and scones are still freshly baked such a shame about other food

Competing against the big chains in the Metrocentre I think it needs a usp or at least decent coffee. Value not bad £7.40 for 2 coffees and a scone with jam and squirty cream (no clotted cream!!). Scone was ok but we both found the coffee bitter.

Queued for 20minutes today for a Mocha and a croissant! There is never enough staff to serve and prepare hot drinks. I've had to take two drinks back as too cold. Also, they make Mocha drinks wrong?! Stirring chocolate powder in to the coffee? Instead of whisking in hot milk... only to leave lumps of chocolate powder throughout my drink? Muffins gorgeous but coffee skills not up to scratch!

A hicup with staff taken payment for a coffee and muffin I gave a £10 and the change should have been £5-10p I challenge I did not receive any change the staff said I definitely give it to you after an embarrassing moment going through my pockets and wallet I did not even have a 10 p coin let alone a£5 note or a receipt, the cash register was checked and after a while it was found it was £5-10p over an embarrassing moment for both party’s

Would not go back first bun was rock hard broke into pieces when I tried to cut into it

Returned it for another which was the same,the face on the staff were very sad didn't

No hot chocolate available. The tea I got in it's place was like dish water. Muffin had no taste and dry as stick I certainly won't be back. This was my first and last visit to bb's
