Creating wedding flowers as unique as you, BDazzled Florals is a Winner for Outstanding Customer Service in floristry.

Terms & Conditions
(a) Hire charges will be for periods of 1 days (24 hours) or one week (7 days) including Bank Holidays, as detailed on the hire contract.
(b) Delivery and collection will be charged at current BDazzled Events Limited rates. Failed delivery and collection attempts will be charged at current rates.
(c) All outstanding payments to be paid within 14 days of event.
(d) Deposits will be requested as security on equipment hired and will be used against any outstanding payments. Any balance due is refunded back to the original source of the funds on return of equipment in sound /clean condition.
(e) A minimum non-refundable deposit payment will be required to secure & confirm your order. Responsibilities of The Client. Failure to pay a deposit within 14 days of holding your requested date entitles BDazzled Events Limited to treat the booking as cancelled.
(f) Adequate delivery and collection access will need be provided by the Hirer or Venue on the Hirer’s behalf. Any loading, unloading, set up or break down assistance provided by BDazzled Events Limited is at the Hirer’s risk.
(g) The Hirer or the Venue on the Hirer’s behalf will check quantities and condition of equipment on delivery. Any damage or shortfall must be noted and brought to the attention of BDazzled Events Limited prior to set up completion.
(h) The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the security and safe use of the equipment until collection or return to BDazzled Events Limited.
(i) The Hirer shall return all crates and boxes supplied by BDazzled Events Limited. Failure to return these items will result in a charge for their full replacement value being made to the Hirer.
(j) The Hirer agrees to a full replacement basis against loss and theft. All insurance claim proceeds or payments to be paid to BDazzled Events Limited on demand.
(k) BDazzled Events Limited strongly recommends clients to take out wedding insurance.
(l) BDazzled Events Limited may cancel the booking at any time and without liability to The Client if;
The Client does not pay the full balance stated on the invoice contract 14 days prior to The Event
BDazzled Events Limited is unable to provide The Service for reasons beyond its control including Acts of God
(m) If BDazzled Events Limited cancels the booking for a reason other than as set out above then it will use its reasonable endeavours to provide an alternative company or source to carry out The Service.
(n) In the event of postponement by The Client, BDazzled Events Limited reserve the right to hold all monies for The Service which can be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability. The Client will incur charges of 100% of the outstanding balance.
(o) By placing an order with BDazzled Events Limited and securing the order with a deposit, you are acknowledging and accepting our terms & conditions. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the event of cancellation by The Client, The Client must give written confirmation of cancellation and will incur the following charges:
6-8 Months prior to the wedding - 50% of outstanding balance is due to be paid upon cancellation
5-6 Months prior to the wedding - 75% of outstanding balance is due to be paid upon cancellation
3-5 Months prior to the wedding - 90% of outstanding balance is due to be paid upon cancellation
Within 3 Months from the wedding date - 100% of outstanding balance to be paid upon cancellation
(p) In cases where part or full payment has been made; payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client for the following time periods and amounts stated below:
6-8 Months prior to the wedding - 50% of outstanding balance is non-refundable
5-6 Months prior to the wedding - 75% of outstanding balance is non-refundable
3-5 Months prior to the wedding - 90% of outstanding balance is non-refundable
Within 3 Months from the wedding date - 100% of outstanding balance is non-refundable
(q) Please note that refunds can take up to 30 working days to reach your account for payments made by bank transfer or in cash or 60 working days if payments were made by card or cheque.

Well where do I start..... these girls are just amazing from day 1 of meeting alycia she put my mind at ease and helped me through everything. She really does know her stuff � all the advice and help she gave me was fab she was always happy to speak to me, see me and answer any of my millions of questions lol. On the day of my wedding I was always kept in contact with and knew all the plans. When my flowers arrived I was overwhelmed. They were everything I wanted and more. I couldn't get over how beautiful they were. Stunning. Once arriving at the venue I couldn't believe my eyes they had transformed the room. It wa just fab everything was perfect and I can't get over how pretty it all was. I can't thank them enough for all the hard amazing work they put in making my wedding perfect. I didn't get just a florist I got a friend who I will always keep in contact with. Love you girls and thank you so much from the hodgies ���

If anyone is looking for a calm and relaxed experience then Bdazzled is the florist for you. I gave a brief description for flowers but gave free reign on the overall end result for the bouquets. So pleased I done this, simply because it was less stressful and far more creative. I loved my flowers the touch of colour just made everything stand out. Our colour scheme was Navy but teamed up with the flowers the girls made just gave it the extra wow factor. Stephens button hole had the rope tying the flowers together which was so personal to us. Perfect in every way.

Beautiful wedding bouquets and button holes I was extremely pleased with how they turned out. Absolutely stunning the delphiniums were a smashing touch.
Alycia kept an eye in the weather and arranged to deliver them as late as possible so they stayed very fresh in the heat. My bouquet is still going 1 week on as I couldn't bear to do the traditional toss of the bouquet so it' sitting in all its glory in a vase on my table.

I was clueless when it came to what sort of flowers I’d like in my bouquet and trusted them 100% showing them my dress, bridesmaids dresses and asking for autumnal reds/ pinks combined and basically asking them to do what they thought was best.
On my wedding day so many guests said how amazing they looked �looking back at my photos they really did complete my Autumn wedding �
