We made a block booking here at the end of February. It was for ourselves and our wedding guests the night of and before our wedding. We also arranged for an evening meal in the restaurant the night before the wedding for 20 of us.



The hotel could not have been more accommodating. When checking in I was introduced to the restaurant manager who would ‘look after us on the evening.’ Everyone commented that the food on the night was lovely.



For our stay we had requested that certain rooms were next to each other to help with wedding photos getting ready before big day. Which the hotel organised without questioning.



We booked the premier room for our stay, it was on the first floor. Really spacious with large a bathroom, separate bath and shower, seating area and huge bed. It had air conditioning and a mini bar along with robes and slippers.



On the morning of our wedding whilst getting ready with our groomsmaids we called down to reception for a bottle of prosecco. Which was delivered to the room in minutes.



It was a lovely place to start off the wedding celebrations.



Great hotel, nothing was too much trouble and really professional!

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble! We had a ground floor room & loved being able to park right outside our room (& access it from outside too!)

Stayed at Beamish Park Hotel for the wedding of my Sister and Brother-in-law this weekend (Feb 3rd). Absolutely lovely staff who will do anything they can to help! Amazing food and organising of the day. I also cannot forget the cocktail...they went down pretty well!!

So my husband and I can’t thank the hotel and the staff enough for all they did on our wedding day 2/6/2018 from the first meeting to the day it’s self nothing was a bother. It was only venue we looked at and We knew straight away that’s were our wedding was going to be!!! The staff are so friendly and nice always have a smile on there face. The food was beautiful and everyone commented how nice it was. Thank you to Rosie for taking over the planning and all the meetings you are always so nice and helpful. Andrew is absolutely fantastic at his job!! He never stopped all day one of the nicest people I’ve met and he went above and beyond to make our day perfect so we can not thank him enough the hotel is very lucky to have him!!! My husband Chris and I cannot thank Beamish Park and the staff for making our wedding day perfect on Feb 3rd. Every little detail was taken care of and Andrew (our wedding coordinator on the day and toastmaster) was on top form when he and Tracy (events manager) were helping us to organise the day. Andrew made sure we were taken care of from meeting him to the minute we left the hotel on Sunday morning. He went out of his way to make sure our young nephews were very happy during the day-he went above and beyond his role in our opinion. The day ran smoothly and we had no problems at all- even making cocktails not on the menu was no trouble. All of our guests were very complimentary and this is mostly due to the service of the hotel and staff. We appreciate all of the help that the hotel and staff gave us to make sure our day was perfect! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone for any occasion as you will be taken care of! :-)

I was very lucky to win the Facebook competition at Christmas and weve just spent a lovely night staying at the hotel .My prize included Afternoon Tea which was fabulous and breakfast this morning was delicious too .Our room was a deluxe room and it was immaculate , comfy bed & sofa area, lovely bathroom and the room had everything we needed.The staff were so welcoming and friendly and helpful .i was over the moon to win this prize and we had a lovely time , thank you everyone at Beamish Park � Lisa and Phil xx

Hidden jem !! Food and service excellent.The “Maitre D” looked after everything well and looked like he really enjoyed his work - very quiet when we were there due to football match!! But restaurant ambience allows a good atmosphere even with few customers - Teally enjoyed meal and we will go back soon

Where do we start with this beautiful hotel, from the moment i walked in I knew this hotel was the ideal venue to host the start of our married life's. Although i felt in safe hands throughout the planning stages of the wedding process this was really elevated the night prior to the wedding. On Friday night we began setting up the Tanfield Suite and Rosie was there for each question with a smile on her face and as much passion for wedding as myself and the bridal party!!! Nothing is ever too much for this hotel and each and every single members of the team! From Rosie assisting to set up the Tanfield Suite to members contacting their family to find makeup artists the morning of the wedding (at 6am, due to last minute cancellations from make up artist), to making sure the bride had her coffee to make the day special every single member of the team was there waiting ready to make this day as special as we had imagined, the team always said nothing to to much bother when we all have busy work lives!!! Saturday morning arrived (the morning of the wedding) and it was time to step back as a bride and let everyone else take over I can honestly say as a control freak I have never felt in such safe hands and so relaxed the day went over so quick but felt so at ease with letting the Beamish Park Hotel team step in and take over, all i can say is Thank you to each and every single member of the team for making this day a day to remember with happiness!!

We visited for Afternoon Tea yesterday which was lovely but I would make a suggestion- maybe not put slice of tomato on every sandwich (I dislike tomato so had to take off) and maybe cut down number of sweet items- scones were lovely but maybe add tiny quiche or some other savoury items and just couple of cakes just felt total sugar overload but as I stated earlier was still lovely!

Great stay here, staff were great. Not to far from Newcastle. Can't wait to go back when we visit the north east properly,
