We have enjoyed Fish & Chips at All Saints Church, Darlington, tonight, freshly fried by Peter in his van. It has been a great success: if technology allows there may be pictures tomorrow. Thank you.

Really nicely cooked chips in a lovely soft bun. Great portion size. Friendly staff and would certainly call again. Best chippy I've been to in Bishop Auckland

I love this place, never had a bad experience in all the years I've been going. Only problem is I now live in Scotland so don't get them as much as I'd like, do you deliver to Scotland? Lol

I live in Newton Aycliffe I got a fish and enjoyed it it the best fish I had in along time

I had food of the chip van yesterday at chilton food was lovely and the service was great will be back again

Absolutely delicious proper chip shop that comes to your door (practically)! We now have a new Tuesday Night tradition.

Went to bishop chippy asked for 4fresh cod but didn't get the 4she cooked for me got 2that was left in warmer and 2fresh did ask her about this but felt as if I was in wrong for saying something but won't be going back 2fresh was lovely other 2dry and hard so won't be going back

We ordered our food from here tonight, didn’t receive an e-mail to confirm so therefore rang to check the order was actually placed. Found the person that answered the call was very abrupt. He told us the food was on its way in total we had to wait 1 hour 50 minutes. Finally got our tea only to find the order was wrong and we only had 1 fish instead of 2. Rang continuously for 15 minutes to get the order corrected only to have our calls ignored. In the end we gave up and ate it. The food was of an acceptable standard, but we will not be ordering from here again.

Took over 2 hours to deliver and I only live 3 mile out of bishop
