I am so sorry to those ladies I was unable to fit in for fittings without appointments today, especially over lunch time, my little mum was like my personal PA trying her best to accommodate you all bless her.

We always recommend you to hand wash your new bras before wearing them. Soak is the perfect rinse free formulation for your laciest of Lingerie.
Newly fitted bras will inevitably feel snug to your body especially if we have taken you down a band or two which is very common. Your new bra has never been worn nor stretched around a human body so it is essential to ‘wear it in’ to allow the materials to stretch out to your body.
Please don’t cast your new bras to aside because you think they feel too tight. Majority of your support comes from this band so it is very important it sits firmly against your body to keep your breasts uplifted and supported.

My first time in shop today and will definitely not be my last. Service was fantastic and excellent selections of bras, bikinis etc (the DKNY pjs are beautiful) This town needed a lingerie shop and I'm glad we've finally got a great one, the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was a problem. I had a fitting from Amy, who was highly professional and helpful. I would recommend a visit to this shop.

Excellant service, professional all round. Hartlepool needed a shop like this for big busted girlies like myself but Amy caters for all shapes and sizes no matter how big a frame or how small. Both my daughter (tiny frame) and I shop here now and will continue as long as Amy is there. A properly fitted bra feels amazing. Thanks Amy.

Called into the lovely new shop Bellus Amor Lingerie this afternoon, my daughter had a fitting for a new bra she tried on some beautiful bra's the young lady made my daughter feel at ease and comfortable in picking her bra . We will definitely recommend this shop to my other daughter's, family and friends we will be shopping there again very soon .

Amy was so lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease when I went for a last minute fitting today. She has expert knowledge and found me the perfect bra for the first try on. She has some gorgeous lingerie in the shop and I’ve already put my next order in.
