Bennys blueberry Bad boys.. gluten free,freshly baked and utterly delicious..full menu available tomorrow at Tynemouth market including the Sicilian Lemon specials-These little beauties are made and flavoured with real Sicilain lemons then baked to perfection and lightly coated in my own blend of tempered white chocolate infused with lemon zest and blue poppyseeds.

Delighted to say that my pitch at Sanderson arcade is going fantastically. Setting up this morning at Sanderson arcade in Morpeth to bake the full range of fresh hot macaroons.Fully gluten free menu with no oil no butter low sugar and served fresh from the oven and absolutely delicious too.Im offering a bake to order service so people can put in their orders for lunch break or after they've done their shopping and pick them up all freshly baked.There was a lovely cheerful festive atmosphere today particularly with the cinnamon and sultana ones baking off and everyone was a pleasure to serve and extremely complimentary so thanks a lot. Its been a long day but thoroughly worth it.I may be able to appear more regularly at the Sanderson arcade so ill keep you posted and look forward to more macarooning;-)
