How do you get news printed in the Advertiser.? Berwick branch of Cancer Research have not been able to get any reports printed.

Why do you not keep the death notices up to date online as in the Advertiser newspaper. All the notifications are out of date!!!

I have altered my review from its original 5* due to failing standards of reporting and support. Also very dubious practices with attributing submissions to staff writers with poor editing.

i was totally shock and disgusted to find the review for spittal variety group pantomime to be posts that people had found the time to put on facebook to say how great and enjoy able the show was. Why was there not a proper review done and no cast names listed under the photos (from john thompson ). Not even the kids who had taken on rolls was just disgusted. The amount of time and hard work people made on and off stage. And they didn't get the support from what is meant to be our local paper

Would help if the content was actually from the area.

Absolute sellouts.

Web site is very poor and several items not up to date.

Used the website today, on my tablet, to have a look at news articles and got over 100 'sponsored' ads, with more loading every time i tried to scroll to the bottom of page.



Try reporting more local news instead of ppi and dental implant ads!

Too much hassle to keep in touch. Even to review it they want more but give nothing back.

This paper should be used to support , promote events in our town, such as SPITTAL VARIETY !!!!!

Spittal variety perform each year an amazing performance for all ages to enjoy. It's a family tradition for so many and something nice to look forward to in the new year.

This local paper should get behind it and celebrate the huge success that the pantomime has each year . Every person involved in the performance put their all into it and deserved to have an amazing review published in our local paper .These people are every day local people doing a great performance for OUR community.

I'm extremely disappointed that the cast and crew have not received the recognition they all deserve.

Let's hope that next year this won't be the case .

I think that the advertiser owes the group a huge apology for this sloppy seconds after thought

This paper is Berwick Upon Tweeds version of The Sun. It's only good for burning and wiping. What a cheek actually charging people for it.

There's nothing newsy about Berwick etc and you keep putting price up paper getting thinner and mostly advertising elsewhere instead of main priority Berwick

Never rely on berwick advertiser for reporting on local entertainment ie the pied piper pantomime performed by spittal variety group .Every year we put on a pantomime to cheer people up which involves a lot of hard work we always donate to local charities which you fail to include in your so called report !!!! To say we are disappointed with you is an understatement!!!!!!!

Just crap local news not national news and why not try promote the local area rather than slander every thing

It's a "LOCAL" paper! If i wanted to see National news I'd buy a "NATIONAL" paper!! Sort it out please!!!

If you actually posted local news it would be relevant, but yet again not local, please get a grip.

If I wanted to subscribe to “I paper” then I would. As a local paper, shouldn’t it be focusing on reporting on local news? And by which I mean from the subscription area and not outwith. Please stop filling up people news feeds with news from other areas, we have National papers for that reason.

I like the Advertiser but have no interest in having ipaper articles forced on me so I'm unfollowing.
