was just down for 7 days with the family and I could not have asked for a fantastic week staff were helpfully and could not have asked for anymore and the entertainment was excellent and caravan was beautiful we all had a ball see you next year

had a 4 night stay and was brilliant from the start lovley 3 bedroom caravan nice and fresh the site is brilliant loads to do and well maintained security do a great job too keeping us all safe.. every staff member was lovley even the security guards who gave us warm greeting every time we left the site and returned the amusements are great too.. my fav part defo had to be the outdoor pool lovley and warm perfect for our little ones I will definitely be returning and I can't wait to. I honestly did not want to leave.. 1 thing I will suggest tho.. some wd40 on the doors in the caravan lol especially for mum's of little ones when trying to sneak out the room when they have fallen asleep but just a suggestion wasn't a problem loved the place! thanks for an amazing holiday and hope to be back next year xx

What a start t our weekend suns out roasting,out for the night staff at bar are pleasant and quick ,just one bad bit neighbours in next caravan played their music from there car ,dicks

We had a excellent time, caravan was lovely and well equipped, staff were great, would have liked the pool to stay open a bit longer but we still had a excellent time. Would highly recommend, would also like to say security at opening were extremely welcoming, excellent job security man 😉

The site is very well maintained, the staff extremely friendly and ideally situated with fantastic views, within easy walking distance to the town centre, coastal walks, supermarkets and particularly the kids favourite McDonalds.

The Caravan was spotlessly clean and being close to the complex I thought we would be in for a severe ear bashing late at night, that was not the case. The location was perfect, especially having both elderly and young in our party.

I must mention the guy on the gatehouse is probably the most friendliest, cheerful, helpful person I have ever met. He would be an asset to any organisation, a true gentleman.

This is without doubt the best Haven site I have visited and if ever I'm lucky enough to have my own caravan this is the place at which I would site it. I will certainly be visiting Berwick again.

Stayed here Mon-Friday this week. Free upgrade. Caravan was Fab� everything clean and tidy and lots of space. Kids had a great time and although we had to wait a long time on food on Monday Most of our food was great � the pool area also very clean and bonus points for free hairdryers as my hair takes forever to dry. �����

Loved every minute would definitely recommend and will definitely come back. Lovely walks, history of Berwick and lots to do on the park staff are friendly/helpful. Something for all the family. So why not book a weekend or a week or two away at Berwick come see for yourself.

Love Berwick, been holidaying here twice a year for many years. Very friendly staff and very well looked after park. Direct beach access, lovely views and a short walk to Berwick town centre. What more could you want?

Just got home from a midweek break. I highly recommend staying here. Our caravan was lovely, clean and had everything that we needed. The park itself is immaculate and well tended. The entertainment was great. EVERY member of staff that we met were fantastic, extremely helpful, always smiling and friendly. I would like to give special thanks to Stephen, the lovely security guard who was working on the gate whilst we were there, he makes a point of getting to know all of the guests and takes meeting and greeting to the next level..... (thank you so much for helping with my case when I got stuck) Thanks again for a great holiday.

Just back yesterday after a weekend in the park and already planning to book up again. My children had a ball and its mostly down to the Activity Team, especially Grant and the man who took the mini football class and bungee trampolines (didnt catch his name). All the staff infact were super friendly and made our experience one to remember. We will hopefully be back in June �

I've been to a few holiday parks now. Thought Berwick was brilliant and was one of the nicest parks. Good facilities for the kids and very clean. Some of the layout of the caravans was a bit awkward as you can't get your car parked next to the caravan in some places depending on which section of the park you are in but it's just a minor thing. The staff are really friendly and the entertainment staff are brilliant. Bar staff during the day are so slow it's unbelievable. On the whole....excellent and will go back

I absolutely love Berwick!! And so does my family � great facilities and great entertainment for all. To be honest I think I have more fun than the kids �

Been there a few times and never disappoint

Been coming here for years and the family love it. Caravan was lovely and absolutely spotless. Booked through Family Fund so would have preferred one with a veranda. Food at the Brigs of Tweed was really good. Had fish and chips from Cooks. Not all that good. Chips could have done with longer. The prices on the posters weren't what I was told at the till and the staff just tell you you have to pay what they tell you, not what the prices on the poster are. They seem to panic if they have more than one customer. Would rather walk into town for decent fish and chips. Gate staff are brilliant especially Stephen and Ronnie who can't do enough to help you.

Amazing park. Clean, plenty to do, fantastic staff and amazing customer care. A special thanks to the lifeguards for being so great with my 6yr old and the mini market manager who made my little ones weekend too by going above and beyond. The beach is beautiful and the whole place is just lovely. This was our first time here but we will definitely go back and will definitely recommend in the future. Entertainment was great. Everything is reasonable prices too. Thank you Berwick for an amazing weekend!

Absolutely fantastic at Berwick Holiday park! All the staff so very friendly a huge thank you to all the staff.The 3 bed caravan we had was brand new double glazed and central heated.I think it has had a massive make over.Beach right next to the park. Berwick is a nice 10 minute walk with some fab eating places. Lots of places to visit.Will definitely be going back.

Loved it 3rd year in a row, despite last weeks terrible weather the staff work so hard to give the kids a great time especially Robert from the activities team who was so nice to our 6 year old daughter. We will be back next year. Can’t forget ranger Brian up to our necks in mud building a shelter out of wood the kids loved it even in rain brian was also exceptional. Thank you haven Berwick.

Just back from a great weekend caravan was fab luvly & clean we were in 4borders close would go back to this one some horrible caravans round about which need to be removed great entertainment at nit for kids & adults yee had a great time would recommend this site but would worry what type of caravan we would get unless u booked private x

Been going to this site on and off for about 35 years but I must say I was really dissapointed this time as they've now decided to charge people for hiring a heater or pay for an upgrade for a van with heating, I think its disgusting that they do this. My niece booked a delux van without realizing there was only a electric fire to heat the whole van so when it got cold on the night we went to switch fire on but it wasn't working and had to pay for a up grade for a van with heating, so people beware before you book check it's got central heating as we all know how damp vans get on a night x
