Now when i say Salesman I personally think that title should be changed, I knew I was there to view a TT & on arriving at Bespoke there was no pushy talk or anything in fact , i think I done most of the asking questions, Met the other guys too, Daniel, Matt & Russ.. on the Test drive Jake came along which I was more than happy with (You can go alone if wanted), this took about half hour & his chosen route was awsome as we done all the routes to test the car on every kind of road. No pressure no nothing, felt like I was driving with a friend. Hence to say I got my TT . In 1 day Jake had the part ex done , excellent finance, cash & picked up the Car. I must say I will recommend you guys 100%

Service like this just isn’t around anymore! Don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else anymore. The service provided is worth paying that little bit more for a car but in reality you don’t you pay less. I’d been searching for a car for my now wife for the best part of a year. She’d set her heart on something and then change her mind a many women do. Every time Russ would find her excellent car for her to have a change of heart. We went from evoques, to CLA, to C class. Eventually arranged for her latest birthday a new X4 with outstanding spec! One very happy lady! My close friends and family all now go to Russ, Dan and the team at Bespoke! Bought it . I said to these guys said there was a few issues before i bought it nothing major just cosmetic etc . I am fussy .

Nothing a problem . Car has these minor cosmetic issues sorted.

I am a hard man to please and dont like car garages due to saleman attitude.

This garage is one of the few that really dont have this attitude.

The guys here. Dan and Russ especially have a great attention to detail and are so friendly and helpfull .

Absolutely fantastic service from Russell and the team. After many years with a lease car through a work based scheme I was looking for a private lease car for the first time. Service like this just isn’t around anymore! Don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else anymore. The service provided is worth paying that little bit more for a car but in reality you don’t you pay less. I’d been searching for a car for my now wife for the best part of a year. She’d set her heart on something and then change her mind a many women do. Every time Russ would find her excellent car for her to have a change of heart. We went from evoques, to CLA, to C class. Eventually arranged for her latest birthday a new X4 with outstanding spec! One very happy lady! My close friends and family all now go to Russ, Dan and the team at Bespoke! Sorry it took me so long to write this guys and thanks again for everything! Hopefully I’ll be back very soon this time for me!!

I can not recommend them enough !!! After being around plenty of main dealers looking to change my car, I came across this company by chance. What can I say, I will never go to a main dealer again. There service, friendliness and proffessionalism is second to none. There is no hard sell and no pressure from anyone. We dealt with Jake who was fabulous, he made me feel comfortable on first meeting and made buying a car from him a pleasure. Even the little extra touches he made were outstanding. I can not recommend enough the service we received from the guys at Bespoke motor works (we dealt mainly with Jake)! The car we received was a superb BMW X1, all documentation was simple to follow and no pushing for extra items or sales etc. was encountered. Car was collected within 24hrs from test drive to delivery, and they went beyond in arranging any documentation for the finance company. Thanks Jake and the guys, we will be back in the future ���

Have been looking for a good quality car for a long time having spent 12 years in my old fabia vrs i thought i might change it.

Any way i spotted a car in here. No sales pressure what so ever. Very friendly staff and helpfull.

Took the car for a test drive , no hassle with a saleman coming with me attitude like so many garages. On my own .

Liked the car.

Bought it . I said to these guys said there was a few issues before i bought it nothing major just cosmetic etc . I am fussy .

Nothing a problem . Car has these minor cosmetic issues sorted.

I am a hard man to please and dont like car garages due to saleman attitude.

This garage is one of the few that really dont have this attitude.

The guys here. Dan and Russ especially have a great attention to detail and are so friendly and helpfull .

I would recommend and this is a first this garage to buy a car from .

I will certainly buy a car again from this garage in the future and recommend it to any one.

After dealing with Lexus for the past 12 years, I was hesitant in using a non main dealer ~ however, Bespoke Motor Works are second to none. I spoke to Russell on the phone but was looked after by Matthew with Jake doing the handover. Matthew kept me updated throughout the week and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely fantastic service from Russell and the team. After many years with a lease car through a work based scheme I was looking for a private lease car for the first time. Having tried the usually main car dealerships and received nothing short of appalling service (including being left sat at a desk for 25 mins with no explanation as to why) we were recommended Bespoke. It’s fair to say we were probably nightmare customers as we didn’t know what we wanted! However, from the first meeting we were made to feel like the most important customers and got some brilliant advice about what would suit our needs. It culminated in us getting not one but two new lease cars through Bespoke and we’re extremely happy with the quality of the cars and the fantastic deals.
