**We are back in business and now have power** 😬😬😬😬
🐝 Due to a county wide power cut (1100 homes affected) we have no hot water for coffee or tea. Plenty of sweet treats and cold drinks available though so don’t let a little power cut deter you on this Bank Holiday morning. 🐝

🐝 Apples apples apples...so far we have made apple crumble with homemade custard. Rather delicious if I do say so myself...perfect for a rainy Sunday! 🐝

Although we are not open today, we have been busy picking apples...so we will be baking with apples tomorrow. What do you like to eat, with apples as the main ingredient?!

🐝 Wow...we have been open for 1 week already and what a week it has been!
We have been overwhelmed with the amount of interest and the many customers who have been in to see us already this week. Thank you for all of your feedback...one thing we are hoping to do (sooner rather than later) is start to serve more savoury options such as paninis, jacket potatoes and breakfast buns (sausage and bacon). Watch this space!
We are open from 9am until 12pm today! Looking forward to seeing new and returning customers! ☕️🍰

**Exciting news**
Betty Bees Coffee shop will be opening its doors to the public on Saturday 7th July at 9am. 😬
With the overwhelming interest we have been receiving, we look forward to seeing many old and new faces from the village and beyond over the next few days/weeks. We have seating inside for around 25 visitors and the added bonus, especially in this weather, for an additional 10-15 people outside (bring sunglasses and sun lotion ☀️). We do hope for some understanding... if we are particularly busy when we first open but we will do our best to keep any queuing to a minimum!!
**Parking** We kindly request that those arriving by car please be considerate of the neighbours and do not park outside of the houses immediately to each side of Betty Bee’s. There are plenty of convenient car parking spaces on ‘the old access road’ (photo attached). Please park here. Thank you all in advance. 🚙 😬👍🏼

What a fresh burst to the area. Carter's for foodies. Even a little cuite play corner foe the little ones. AMAZING cake and the tea ia good as well. Defo going back and have spread the word.

So pleased that we visited the cafe yesterday. The space is well used and play area is excellent. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Food is delicious - I recommend the ham and mushroom muffins. Books swap is a lovely idea. We'll be there most weeks I think 😊

Lovely coffee shop, the scones and cake were gorgeous! Also very child friendly with the highchair, play area and books.



The only thing that would have improved it for us would be more savoury options - sandwiches, soup, sausage rolls or quiche. Otherwise it was perfect, thank you! �

Absolutely gorgeous little coffee shop! The homemade cakes and scones are to die for and theres a fab selection of hot and cold drinks. Lovely little play section for the kiddies, which means we got to enjoy our drinks and cakes whilst our little girl was entertained. Brilliant!
