Biggleswade Ladies have returned from their first tour: Nottingham Casuals RFC's Solstice Sevens tournament, where lots of fun and games were had! Rugby afficionados will appreciate this highlights video of some amazing new team moves... (Watch with the sound up).

Can you spare an hour or two on Saturday 29 and/or Sunday 30 June? It's our NatWest RugbyForce weekend, where - by joining together - we can get lots of jobs done in and around the rugby club. Many hands make light work,so please get involved. The club is run by volunteers who already work so hard; let's make sure it's not just the same faces who do all the graft! Players, parents, friends, family, get your old clothes on and pop along to help out, and give a little back to your club and community. We'd love to see you.

Put the date in your diary and get involved! Should be a great day... Finishing with rugby and lots of fun stuff at the club!

It might be the off-season, but Biggy Ladies players are keeping their hand in turning out for six different mixed touch teams at Biggleswade Rugby Club's annual summer touch tournament - come rain or shine. Full training starts again on Mondays and Fridays in August...message us for details!

Fantastic night at our fantastic club. Thanks to everyone involved in organising and making it such a success.

A big shout out to Biggy ladies Zaria Bettles, Chloe White, Holly Crawford, Amy Schiller, and Kayleigh Jean, for representing their club at county level this season, playing for East Midlands Women & Girls Rugby Union. (Also to Clare Goldsmith, not pictured). Zaria, Holly & Chloe played in a tough East Mids' cup match against Surrey at the weekend, with Holly getting the Back of the Match award! A special mention too to Biggleswade's Andy Claypole, who was part of the coaching team. Good to see a strong contingent of Biggy players supporting on the sidelines, and club representatives attending as guests at the post-match meal. A great day for women's rugby!

We are pleased to announce that after tonight’s team vote, Charlie Field was re-elected as Captain of Biggleswade Ladies Rugby Team and Carolyn Drake (Willy) was re-elected as Vice Captain. James Caulfield will remain as Head Coach and Damian White as Backs Coach. Thank you to the brilliant ladies who stood up for the roles - it shows a strong team with such good candidates. Looking good for the 2019/2020 season!
