Shaneen is a working mum of 3 and finds it hard to get to the gym at regular days & times! Her life is very hectic but she still gets to the gym twice a week minimum πŸ‘ŒπŸ½
Shaneen is a very hard worker and very coachable! She does all exercises to a high level & loves lifting heavy weights πŸ’ͺ🏽 She isn’t super strict on her diet but stays in a deficit so results can happen (Healthier lifestyle choices).
