This Friday catch The Swamp Hoppers with their completely unpredictable mix of styles including a Chicago blues version of a Dean Martin song, a Bluegrass version of a Beach Boys classic, a swing/jive version of a Hank Williams standard, a reggae version of an Everley Brothers favourite, a rockabilly version of Val Doonican sing-along (yes, you read that right) and a blues shuffle version of a 90's pop classic.

absolutely loved it ..warm friendly quirky fun with live music and apple pie moonshine to die for 🍻🎵👌👏❤️

What an accidental fabulous find , had an amazing night from start to finish , the music 🎶 was an eclectic mix of soul Motown and jazz I danced all night . Can’t wait to come back 😍💋

What a little gem of a place in Newcastle . I went on recommendation on Friday March 2nd.. what a night what a venue what a fantastic all round good night .. I will be back .. think I may of found my fave quirky bar in town ��� and the band were amazing

We had a brilliant night at the friends quiz tonight.

We ordered some food early doors then found out someone else ended up with them and ate it all, this wasn’t a problem though, the staff gave us a free round of drinks which tasted amazing and gave us a boat load of fries for our table.

Then we WON the quiz, which wasn’t expected at all!

A lightbulb blew above our heads which made us all laugh, then the staff brought another round of drinks out for us.

It all added to the brilliance of the night!

We can’t wait to re-visit to spend our winnings and win another quiz!

Highly recommended night out.

I went for the first time tonight and it’s already a new firm favourite. EVERYTHING works. The atmosphere, the staff, the door staff etc. A great great place �

Excellent little live music bar. Been in twice, once for a drink (infused bourbon) and second oacassion for a beer and a competition win of burger and fries (meat : stack) which i have to say was amazing. Just lovely surroundings, music and friendly staff. I'll def be back in for a night out!

Apple pie moonshine what’s not to love. Need extra staff on busy days but he coped really well. Food was fab as was the whole place.

Amazing atmosphere, great staff, drinks to die for, live music....This all made for the best night ever. Massive thanks xx
