Booked my MG in for my MOT this afternoon, a friendly fella at the service department managed to fit me at last minute.



Picked the car up, car had been washed and hoovered out, passed it's MOT with no bother, felt glad to have my business which was a refreshing change from the majority of dealerships, especially for something as small as an MOT.



Had a chat with the mechanic along there who tested it, was very pleasant and knowledgeable.



The branch has only been open a short while but everyone I've spoken to along there is very pleasant and glad to have people's business, will definitely return next year.

Massive thank you to MJ and all the staff at Blackshaws excellent customer service! We are over the moon with our new car we picked up today..���

I took my Mitsubishi Outlander into Blackshaw’s in Morpeth with a fault in the leather on steering wheel, within 48 hours they were in contact to say it would be repaired under warranty. Husband took Car to work in Ellington, Blackshaw’s picked Car up from his work, completed the work, washed and hoovered it and returned it to his work. All within 3 hours. Fantastic service from start to finish. Will be taking it back in next few months for service

I had my Volvo in for some repairs after hitting a pheasant (the joys of country living) and from very first contact to picking my car up yesterday, I couldn't fault any member of the team who I dealt with. Everyone was very friendly, helpful & knowledgable! I was kept up to date all through the process (more than I can say for my insurance company) and when I collected my car not only had it received a valet, a new front number plate had also been fitted! Very impressed and I cannot recommend Blackshaws highly enough! Only 5 stars as I can't give them 10!!

I can see why Blackshaws is so highly rated! On holiday 300 miles from home and had a minor headlamp problem (our local garage hadn't reconnected the battery properly so no spotlights). Pulled in on the off chance and were helped straight away, didn't even ask for any payment (obviously we were having none of that, but how kind a gesture!). The lad even gave us a little toolkit in case we had any more bother en route. Absolutely fantastic service. You have a brilliant team. Thank you so much for helping us out!

Highly recommend! Truly excellent to deal with. My late husband & I bought several cars from Blackshaws, & I have continued to do so. Always made to feel that my custom is valued and never "high pressure" sales, and I have confidence that my car is always well looked-after. Thank you to all at Blackshaws!

Excellent service as always whilst taking my car for an MOT and service. Mel is a shining example of great customer service and an asset to the company - knowing I was struggling to get in to collect my car during a busy shift at work she arranged for it to be dropped off at my workplace - a true example of going the extra mile! Thank you - I will of course be continuing to use you (as always) for all future work on my vehicles. From a very happy customer.

Can't thank John & his team enough for taking the time to find the issue on my car. Stressed was not the word but fingers crossed I can sleep easy now the fault has been repaired.

Blackshaws repaired my car after it had been involved in a recent accident and I have to say what a fantastic job they've done. My initial repair to get me back on the road was fantastic. My car was collected from my place of work, quick fix applied and returned to me within a half an hour....absolutely brilliant. The service I received was exceptional and I would highly recommend them....thank you very much to all involved, the staff are a credit to the company!
