planning a joint 60th and 70th surprise party was a challenge but this was helped immensely by the support of Sharon assisting with décor, DJ and food - it all went smoothly and a great night had by all

What can I say WOW just had my 50th birthday party here on 14th and it was amazing. The room was fantastic. The food was gorgeous and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Thanks sharon and staff for a brilliant experience x

We held a retirement party last night and had the most amazing night!! Would like to say a special thanks to Sharon who from the point of booking to the party itself has been incredible! Will certainly book any future parties with her �

We had our engagement party here on Saturday and had an amazing night. Sharron was incredibly helpful and a treat to be around the food was great and was even allowed in the venue the night before to decorate. Nothing was too much trouble and Sharron kept in contact with us the whole way so everything went to plan. I would highly recommend her service and the venue

My son and daughter in law had there wedding reception there and it was amazing the food was fantastic the room was dressed beautiful and the staff were friendly and worked there socks off a big thank you

Just a note to say a special thank you to Sharon and her team for our Rowing Club Xmas party. Everyone appeared to have a great time. Sharon you’ve been a huge help offering advice so we got this right and I’ll certainly consider and recommend yourself and the club to others looking for a venue. Thanks again. ��

I had my evening wedding reception here and all I can say is wow.

The room was immaculate, the service was fantastic and the food was outstanding.

Anything we wanted wasn't an effort and the planning of the evening was so simple.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone as you receive the personal touch and gain friends for life.

I had my daughters christening party here in the downstairs room. Sharon done a fantastic job as always, helping me to organise it. The room was beautifully decorated and the bar staff are all lovely. We had the hot buffet and this was amazing, all of our guests commented on how nice the food was! This is the second time I have used the rugby club and would not hesitate to book here again for any future events.

I had my 40th party at the rugby club last night and cannot thank Sharon and her team enough - room looked great, food (their catering, hot roast sandwiches) was brilliant, music was fantastic and everyone couldn't do enough to help us! Thank you! X

I had my 21st party and my sisters 18th here on Saturday in the upstairs room. Great venue. I went there last night to see the Angela Raynor interview upstairs in the function room. Great staff. Good prices and i don't know if the buffet was done by them or not but it was absolutely delicious. I'm going there again later in the year to a wedding. Looking forward to going back.

Great boot sale which has been going for years a day it looks like it has paved the way for such good facilities and youth programmes... Well done

Always go the extra mile to make sure any celebration goes well

A belated thank you for all the work and effort that sharon put in to my grandsons christening. Decorations that she added, plenty food supplied and even sorted extra balloons and dj stand. 10/10. You made the day a great success thank you so much.
