Yet again was overwhelmed by the help & support I received from blue flames staff from booking the venue and being given all the information needed the food sold at the hatch was brilliant and great value for money as I was told by the staff when booking that there was only food & drinks to be purchased from blue flames, which was totally fine by me,as they need to get funds to cover costs of there own, and the event wouldn't have gone as smooth if it wasn't for the help & support of every member of staff, I would recommend this venue to anyone to hold any event, thank u all so much especially Amy & Darren for all the extra help given xx

Went to the fireworks event was the first time my little girl had wanted to go to a display and it was perfect she loved it the display was fantastic, plenty of food and drink available all over the venue so no huge queues. Well done to all of the staff super organised!

We held my grandsons christening in the Belsay Suite on Sunday and it was perfect. We went in early that morning to sort the balloons etc and staff were there arranging the tables for us just as we had asked. They brought extra tables in for us, helped where needed etc.

We had the Gold menu and the food was lovely. Amy has been so helpful throughout organising the booking, sorting menus, arranging access to the room etc. Fabulous venue, excellent customer service and we would use them again and recommend them to others also

We had our sons christening and colours fault it one bit! The room was set out great and the hot food was lovely lots of positive comments! The catering staff were helpful and bar staff worked really hard as it was a busy day! Thank you all again I have had both my children's christening's here and would highly recommend! Gemma

We had our leaving party in the Belsay Suite last night (11th May). The staff were absolutely amazing, especially the two lovely, hardworking bar staff Steph and Chloe. Lovely venue, amazing spread of food too! Thank you.

We had a team building event here - It’s a Knockout style on Thursday 19th July. It was brilliant from start to finish. The activities and the staff running them were fantastic - the team had a blast, especially on the water slide! I can’t even describe how much fun it was, but I was aching from laughing so much.

After the activities were had food and drinks in the bar. The food was great value and the bar lady was awesome with excellent customer service skills. Nothing was too much trouble, and she happily sorted us out with some jugs of water during the games too. Such a lovely girl. Everyone in our team is still raving about the event and can’t wait to do it again! Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic night at Blue Flames with the team at Explain Market Research. The ‘it’s a knockout’ style fun we had was brilliant and we’ve had loads of comments about it being the ‘best work night out ever’! The service from all staff was great and we were 100% looked after. The food was great value too. All in all I’d fully recommend to anybody wanting some team building fun �

We had a fantastic evening for our work summer party in The Amble Suite. Special mention to our lovely bar staff Kiera & Cailan and to the BBQ chefs Barbara & Norma for looking after us so well. Hiring the side pitch also allowed us to relive our school days with games & races.

Held my daughter and her boyfriends engagement party in The Callerton Suite, which in my opinion I think is the better of all the rooms at Blue Flames.

It is a great room for accessibility as it is all on one level directly from the car park. No stairs at all.

We had early access to the room from 5pm to decorate the tables and put the balloons in place, we were allowed banners and balloons on the window frames, but understandably not on the walls, as I believe it had recently been decorated.

Initially the room was cold, there was no heating, but we asked and this was sorted quickly without any fuss.

The bar staff were great (sorry I cannot remember your names) nothing was a bother to them at all.

As part of the package we were required to order some food from Blue Flames and chose the Silver Menu option and added wedges as an extra. I was also allowed to top up with my own food as well. The staff clarified what time we were wanting the buffet and hot food options and this was served on time.

We asked if we had to clean the room when the party finished, and the staff advised us this wasn’t necessary, however we did clear as much as we could whilst waiting for our taxis.

I cannot say enough about how good the Blue Flame staff were with us from booking the room right through to the end of the night.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had my daughters 21st Birthday party in the Amble Suite. It was very clean and today with a kitchen for us to use to prepare food for the little kids. The Bar staff were incredibly helpful and even cleaned away the rubbish from the food I had taken in. This is the third party I have held here and it won't be the last.

Thank you to all the staff for all their help and advice.

Had a great night for our Swimming club presentation. Good sized room and kids being able to be outside was fab too. Food amazing and lovely bar staff. Definitely be booking again next year. Well done Blue Flames

Great place for any party night! Love the range of drinks and their cocktail menu! Had a great time.

Blue Flames is a fantastic establishment for sports and leisure also they have many rooms available for parties. I have been to many parties there and I have got to say the staff have been amazing and very friendly. Took my son to the Christmas party to meet santa too and he loved it the atmosphere was good and staff were very friendly with parents and children. I would highly recommend this venue.

Big massive thank you to all the staff who set my wedding room out for the day/night on Saturday 19th August they was loads to do and yous made it perfect just how I wanted it, one member of staff is a total star she sat with me and went through everything together for a good hour or so before the big day and that is KIERA thank you so much everyone xxx

After booking a football party last minute I couldn’t thank Blue Flames enough! Everything went so well, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Kids loved playing footy and really enjoyed the hot food that was waiting for them when they were done. Highly recommend and will definitely book here first for our next party.

Been there on a course all week, staff are brilliant helpful n friendly. Food was great n enough to feed two courses never mind our group, �����

Took 3 kids on my own staff where lovely and helpful getting in was nice and easy I paid at the gates.. fire works where truly amazing... didn't que for long for food or to get on the rides.. fairly priced , good food fantastic atmosphere despite being freezing cold,



However having a double buggy and trying to get out the far left entrance was a nightmare,, for me having to push my buggy up a muddy bank quite a few people had to help me I was mortified there was a steep but small hill going up then quickly sliding down, nearly landing on my backside I wasn't impressed I couldn't see much as there isn't many lights round there and the swarm of people miss judged how hard it was, 3 wonderful people members of the public helped me otherwise I would have lost the will after having to que for 15 minutes to get out in the first place .. next year I won't be bringing the buggy ..

Better lighting round that far entrance wouldn't go a miss...

I was at a party in the belsay venue on 24th Feb, the room has recently been refurbished and looks great. However the room was so cold it was impossible to enjoy the night and left early as did everyone else. I felt for the lad whose party it was because everyone who came left early. I have never been to an indoor party that cold before.

It is a great room for accessibility as it is all on one level directly from the car park. No stairs at all.

We had early access to the room from 5pm to decorate the tables and put the balloons in place, we were allowed banners and balloons on the window frames, but understandably not on the walls, as I believe it had recently been decorated.

Initially the room was cold, there was no heating, but we asked and this was sorted quickly without any fuss.

The bar staff were great (sorry I cannot remember your names) nothing was a bother to them at all.

As part of the package we were required to order some food from Blue Flames and chose the Silver Menu option and added wedges as an extra. I was also allowed to top up with my own food as well. The staff clarified what time we were wanting the buffet and hot food options and this was served on time.

We asked if we had to clean the room when the party finished, and the staff advised us this wasn’t necessary, however we did clear as much as we could whilst waiting for our taxis.

I cannot say enough about how good the Blue Flame staff were with us from booking the room right through to the end of the night.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had my daughters 21st Birthday party in the Amble Suite. It was very clean and today with a kitchen for us to use to prepare food for the little kids. The Bar staff were incredibly helpful and even cleaned away the rubbish from the food I had taken in. This is the third party I have held here and it won't be the last.

Had a great night for our Swimming club presentation. Good sized room and kids being able to be outside was fab too. Food amazing and lovely bar staff. Definitely be booking again next year. Well done Blue Flames

Great place for any party night! Love the range of drinks and their cocktail menu! Had a great time.

Blue Flames is a fantastic establishment for sports and leisure also they have many rooms available for parties. I have been to many parties there and I have got to say the staff have been amazing and very friendly. Took my son to the Christmas party to meet santa too and he loved it the atmosphere was good and staff were very friendly with parents and children. I would highly recommend this venue.

Big massive thank you to all the staff who set my wedding room out for the day/night on Saturday 19th August they was loads to do and yous made it perfect just how I wanted it, one member of staff is a total star she sat with me and went through everything together for a good hour or so before the big day and that is KIERA thank you so much everyone xxx

After booking a football party last minute I couldn’t thank Blue Flames enough! Everything went so well, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Kids loved playing footy and really enjoyed the hot food that was waiting for them when they were done. Highly recommend and will definitely book here first for our next party.

Took 3 kids on my own staff where lovely and helpful getting in was nice and easy I paid at the gates.. fire works where truly amazing... didn't que for long for food or to get on the rides.. fairly priced , good food fantastic atmosphere despite being freezing cold,



However having a double buggy and trying to get out the far left entrance was a nightmare,, for me having to push my buggy up a muddy bank quite a few people had to help me I was mortified there was a steep but small hill going up then quickly sliding down, nearly landing on my backside I wasn't impressed I couldn't see much as there isn't many lights round there and the swarm of people miss judged how hard it was, 3 wonderful people members of the public helped me otherwise I would have lost the will after having to que for 15 minutes to get out in the first place .. next year I won't be bringing the buggy ..

Better lighting round that far entrance wouldn't go a miss...

I was at a party in the belsay venue on 24th Feb, the room has recently been refurbished and looks great. However the room was so cold it was impossible to enjoy the night and left early as did everyone else. I felt for the lad whose party it was because everyone who came left early. I have never been to an indoor party that cold before.
