About Blue Flames Bootcamp
We are a fat loss Bootcamp, with excellent instructors. We are based in Blue flames sporting club which is a non for profit making organisation.

Would highly recommend blueflames boot camp to any one considering joining. Each session is fun, motivated and suitable for everyone's fitness levels with great instructors that encourage and push you to achieve your goals
Rejoined Blue Flames last month 5 years after walking through the doors the first time . Made to feel really welcome and love the Bootcamp sessions. Lots of variety and always pushed to the limits... and beyond. The trainers are fab and I also do personal training with Dean Fox and love it. I'm constantly learning new exercises and even starting to like running!!! lol Would highly recommend people to join or have a trial session if you're not sure what to expect- there are bootcampers of all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of fitness and everyone encourages each other.
Really supportive staff, suitable for any level of fitness and an excellent venue

Just completed my 5th week of blue flames bootcamp, lost inches off the waist, dropped body fat percentage and can feel the difference already and more importantly throughly enjoy each session. Each session is always tough but rewarding, always different and the trainers are all great. Everyone involved are easy to get along with and all push each other and help each other along. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.
I joined Blue Flames Bootcamp in Jan 16 initially for 4 weeks and am still going now. I have lost weight, inches and gained muscle mass. The trainers and staff are super helpful and motivating in a fun environment. No two sessions are the same with loads of variety for a great workout. I would highly recommend Blue Flames Boootcamp to anybody at any fitness level.
Highly recommend this. The trainers are excellent, friendly and engaging. The sessions are varied (and exhausting!). Well worth your time!
Helped me reach my goal weight for going on holiday - would recommend to anyone!!
