Skydive for Help for Heroes
On 30th August, after 3 postponements Claire Howley (Theatre Administrator BMI Woodlands) finally completed her skydive in support for Help for Heroes. On the day, which was also Claire’s birthday, she made her jump from the higher altitude of 15,000 feet and said that “The views were amazing”. Claire has already exceeded her target of £500 with the amount standing at over £750, for further donations her just giving page is: https://www.justgiving....com/fundraising /ca03how And as Claire funded the skydive herself this means that all the money raised will be going directly to Help for Heroes. In Claire’s words: “I have friends who are in the forces and I have friends whose families are in the forces and have seen how much of an unbelievable sacrifice they all make in order to help keep us safe. I see what impact this has on them and I want to raise as much money as I can to try and give something back to help everyone who is serving, has served and their families"
