a brilliant SAFE place to come and relax knowing your children can play freely. the food is lovley and well priced. my daughter especially loved the sensory room with the film showing. a nice happy relaxed place to be. x

Spent a few hours here today with my kiddies. They enjoyed the teddy bears picnic and loved the playroom. Fabulous variety of toys for them to play with. Cafe is fab too and good value for money. We will definately be visiting again soon. X
My daughter had her birthday party here yesterday, which I can only rate as excellent. The children all had a great time making little jewellery boxes (treasure chest for my son) which they got to keep, as well as prizes from games each, party food and a party bag. The party was such good value for money and I would recommend to anyone.
My daughter attends be crafty on saturdays ,and she has came home with beautiful hand crafted items that she gives to family members as keepsakes,and the staff are lovely and friendly ,and i think its great value for money x

Loved coming along today for Hartlepool Carers Week. Made a lovely journal, and can't wait to use it. Looking forward to the new venue being open properly so I can come along again.
Just want to say thankyou so so much from the bottom of my heart for my reiki treatment with Natalie � you have relaxed me not just spiritually but mentally too you have made me feel safe and relaxed and I can't thank you enough for going above and beyond for making me feel comfortable even tho I had worrys I feel so different thankyou � I would defo reccomend this treatment to anyone I have alot health,and mental problems and just nat been her lovely self so warm and welcoming taking the time to listen and relax me I will be back for sure and defo be spreading the word amazing could not be anymore grateful �
