Warm welcome upon arrival at this site unlike some other local dealerships. A member of the sales team approached me asking what I was looking for or had I seen anything in the showroom that I liked. The young salesman got me a fab deal on a nearly new car that was perfectly suited to my needs. The payment plan that he helped me set up was straightforward and easy to understand. I would recommend Bristol Street Ford Hartlepool. The coffee wasn’t bad either!

Bought a car here a few month ago won't go anywhere else for one in the future great service :)

After a trying few weeks, the new manager, Chris, has been an absolute star. He sourced my new car & gave me excellent customer service.

I highly recommend Andy if you visit to buy a car, he is a credit to the dealership.

Would never buy a car from Bristol Street again, after-care is shocking, my car is under warranty but..... whenever I take it back use always want money of me. They where lovely when we where buying the car but now i wouldn't recommend anyone to them. So now I take it to a reliable man who owns a car garage who doesn't charge me the earth for things to be done.

Went to look at a car here, salesman Brad was great very informative, But the business manager was extremely rude when we said we were not signing for the car there and then as we had an appointment elsewhere, he became quite aggressive and extremely rude!!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had buying a car, completely ruined the fun, awful customer service and wish I hadn’t bothered.



Bought my car and after 5 days noticed a fault with the seat, after 17 weeks, 4 trips back to the dealership (a 52 mile round trip from my home) and going through Ford to actually get it sorted it was finally fixed after being fobbed off numerous times with excuses that the part wasn’t in stock or on back order.



However on the “second trip” my new car came back scratched down the side work was carried out and both alloys on the same side had chunks missing out of them. Again a battle to get that sorted.



Having bought the car in June 2017 I’m still yet to receive a log book, which the dealership had claimed to of sent off, the DVLA on the other hand have never received it. So I’m not £25 Out of pocket having dealt with the problem myself.



I have never received an apology for the inconvenience and needless to say I will not be returning.
