exceptional service from Gavin. picked up my new mobility car after thoroughly pleasant experience.nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and efficient.Very professional, no hitches and dealing with me, the disabled driver in the most sensitive way.Nice to find someone who automatically spoke to me and not over me to my carer/husband. Thank you Bristol street motors.

Would just like to say a excellent job you's have all done on my partner Corsa for his subframe. Car was booked in for half 8 this morning it was all done just after 3. They even give the car a wash and clean inside for free of charge. Also I would just like to say a well done to the staff on reception there were really nice and had excellent customer services thanks for everything.

Took my car in today to get a punctured tyre sorted. Tyre was replaced, alongside a complimentary valet and wash! Lovely staff, my car is looking fresh like new!

Took car for its first service . Very friendly girl on service reception and kept updated on its progress. Got it back on time washed and hoovered .

Taken my car in for its first service, received a video of the health check and they even managed to get my car back before the stated time. Fab service from Amy as always! Would definitely recommend!

Recently had my Vauxhall Astra in for repair and the visit could not have been any better. Pleasant staff who couldn't have been more welcoming. Discount on repairs offered by signing up to Vauxhall Masterfit Service Club which was kindly advised by the advisor. Clean and fuelled courtesy vehicle whilst my vehicle was in for repair. Overall 5*. Definitely be returning for a new vehicle in the summer. Keep up the good work Bristol Street!

Jason Falder was hands down, one of the best salesman I’ve ever had. He was patient with us, also answered any of our slightest concerns and tried his very best to help us with a new car. He kept me informed, and never let us down once. His service was incredible, and anybody buying a car should ask for him. He really does look after you. Also, the sales manager John Brook is a quality manager. He really does care if you’re happy or not, genuinely as well. Very happy with the service at Bristol Street, one of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’d recommend anybody looking to buy a car to go here. Thank you for everything!

Car was in on request of vauxhall for spring in handbreak today. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Booking an appointment was well organised and I was informed pior that it could be up to a 2hr wait but it was in less then that. The waiting area was more then i expected so I didnt mind the wait. My car was given a health check and they sent a video to my email of it. On top of this they even cleaned my car free of charge. Thank you!

Bought my first Adam here.....absolutely love it! A no-hassle, friendly & relaxed show room where everyone is always on hand to help. About to go back for my second Adam, would recommend this dealership if you're after a reliable team of people.

I took my car for it's service today and as always everything went well. The staff on the service desk were lovely and could not have been more helpful on this visit to the dealership. I have been a customer for a long time now and feel I can hand over my car with trust.

Took my car here today for rear discs and pads, went to pick it up and both my rear wheels have been damaged. Also the health check is a load of rubbish as they put down my front tyres only had 3.5mm of tread when they are brand new on just a couple of weeks ago. And considering my car was only in a couple of months ago for service and mot (havnt even done 2000 miles) my front pads have worn 90% apparently even though they were fine when it was in. This was the last time I will be using Bristol street as their service is going downhill more each time i visit.

As a loyal customer since 2012 I’ve often recommended to others but never again. Full main dealer service history since 2012. Having needed to remove spare wheel found the carrier completely seized so spare can’t be removed/used.



Less than a month since had a full service and MOT. How did they manage to MOT without checking the spare? Rang and was promised a call back by workshop foreman… Never happened. Emailed general manger direct, no response.



Gave up and booked van in at local garage who still care about customer service.

Sold my car to them over 4 weeks ago. They have since not bothered to settle the payment with the finance company! Now i am paying two car payments per month! Yet they have the time to ring the finance company to get 'new clearance' on my car as the have now sold it! Looks like i and someone else are paying finance on the same car!!!! How is this possible or legal for that matter!!!

Ridiculous service, three times my car has gone in with same fault. Display/sat nav etc, not working. STILL not fixed. Now booked in for fourth visit. Why don't you just order the part as you promised and fix it..??!!! Totally fed up, I could do without this hassle, will never buy Vauxhall again....

My son bought a brand new car from here , over 18 months the car has been recalled 2 times and many other faults have happened !! The customer service is terrible and also I can't believe a garage of this size offers no curtisy cars when you have to take the car in through no fault of your own !!!! Also no apologies or offer of any compensation for the inconvenience and cost to keep going backwards and forwards . I would not recommend anybody to use this garage
