Just popped in to view the new Juke and see if enough capacity in the back for the kids. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Got to test drive the 1.5 which was good as I wouldn't have opted for another diesel however the test drive made my mind up. They couldn't match online personal lease deals but I felt valued as a potential customer and was offered courtesy drinks.



Had our Pulsar in earlier in the year for service. No issues to report.



Showroom has had a re-image and has a fresh modern and interactive feel to it. I certainly would consider buying a car from them in the future. After reading through the feedback the issues seem to be based around the service department and after sale care. Sort this out and I'm sure consumer buyer confidence will come flooding back as well as customers wanting to leave their pride and joy in their capable hands.

Ordered my brand new car, 6 weeks ago but had to pick it up without the chrome pack (which was ordered at the same time) - this was 3 weeks ago and still nothing!!! Apparently they can't even give me a date, so I have to wait indefinitely. Quick enough to take my money though! So disappointed - would NOT recommend �

1st service booked in for yesterday. No courtesy car available, even though it was booked months ago, but judging by comment below, I'm rather pleased. So had to sit in showroom for 3 hours. What if i had needed to get to work. They didn't ask if I needed to get anywhere! Plenty of coffee and trashy mags so wasn't too bad. Disappointed at cleanliness of car though. Windows streaked, wax not buffed properly so white streaks all over. Dashboard not cleaned at all. Sometimes it's just these little things that make you go back.

Went to arrange a test drive last Friday for a brand New Nissan Quashqai. The salesman seemed genuine when I arranged and wasn’t the typical pushy type. I arranged a test drive with him for the following Monday at 3-15pm. I arrived a couple of minutes early and was asked to take a seat. I heard one of the guys shout to another member that the guy who was supposed to be taking me on an official pre booked test drive was out on another test drive. A salesman came up to me and totally lied saying that the man in question would be with me very shortly as he was going to fetch him. Fifteen minutes later I’m still sat there so I walked out. Totally disappointing. I will never walk into this garage again and will take my business elsewhere.

So many problems with this dealership. I’ll focus just upon one THEY DONT GUARANTEE any repairs done under warranty. I’ve had three faults since buying the car brand new. All of which I was fobbed off with answers which changed depending who I spoke to.



We’ve had a fault with the steering which was “fixed” four weeks ago. Rang a week later to say fault was back and could they do it at service. The earliest they could do service was last week. Took it yesterday as it was 5 days out of warranty wouldn’t touch it.



Seriously sales through to after sales is shocking. Avoid and try other Nissan dealerships if you don’t want a headache.

Never seen such bad customer service..speak to the managers and still nothing done. Service dept lie time after time..tell you one thing one day then change it the next..sooner my Nissan is gone ,sooner I never have to step foot inside that place again.

They recently booked me in for a waiting appointment at 11, I turned up to be told they couldn't look at it until 12:15,but you can go shopping if you want whilst you wait? They are having a laugh and taking the piss...

Shame because I've enjoyed the xtrail but never going to suffer them again!!

My wife bought a car from #bristolstreetmotors 3 years ago. She always buys cars over 3 years so she doesn't have to MOT them, has done now for 23 years. However we have just discovered that the salesman has done the finance over 4 years.

We have spoken to a neighbour and exactly the same thing has happened with his purchase.

Now I know she should have read the paper work carefully, however we are extremely annoyed this has happened as he was told we wanted it over 3 years. Has anyone else had this?

My wife test drove the car, told the salesman that she wanted it over 3 years. Most of the haggling was done by phone, then Lisa went into the show room to sign the paper work. We strongly feel that the salesman extended the finance period to bring down the monthly payment. We have discovered its a common trick used by car sales man in order to bring down monthly payments. We feel this is very sly and underhand.

My car was in for a major service in June (only took it here as I got 2years free service when bought the car) they didn't even change my oil filter, we had marked them before going! I have rang them several time to discuss it and on one occasion I got a call back only to be told he was not the service manager he would get him to call me the next day. Still waiting!!!

I'll stay with my local garage from now on I no the jobs done wright......
