... 2, We only need your address for your order 1st order, after that we store your address so you don't have to keep sending it.
3, If your name on Paypal is different to your Facebook name please add your Facebook name in to the notes when paying.
4, We will process & post your order and you should receive it in a few days.

i have been getting my fabric for some time now from bst fabrics the fabric is good quality and there is alot to select from the costumer service is great i have a good laugh when i visit the shop its like home from home to me when i visit .everyone is really freindly and helpful will not shop anywhere else

Visited here for the first time on Thursday, wish I had found it sooner, great staff � FAB atmosphere � and I will forever be known as the 1 and a half woman �� spent a small fortune but well worth it and I'll be back!!! Keep watching the CCTV guys ����

This shop popped up on my Facebook feed and I checked it out. It’s the only place I need for all my fabrics and trims. Love the live feeds, such a fun night for buying and seeing new fabrics. Great prices and a lovely group of people. Thanks BST your the best..xx

The only problem I have is when to stop buying - lol. Cracking place. This is a proper material place, not a fancy shop with 7 types, but many many materials of all kinds and varieties. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you all for staying open an additional 5 mins on Tuesday night so that I could buy some fabric for a presentation. Looked Brill when I got it back and made the stage look great.

I was really pleased with their customer service. I received a wrong order as I went sent the new version of the lining fabric instead of the older version which I wanted. After emailing them I received a reply very quickly and was sent my order with a prepaid envelope to send the others back. The process was very quick and they were very polite. Thank you for great customer service. ++

I made my first purchase from BST Fabrics on Wednesday and picked up a real bargain so I wasn’t expecting a high quality fabric but I was so so wrong - fabric is extremely good quality. I will definitely be purchasing again! Excellent service as I ordered on Wednesday evening on live show and fabric delivered this morning. Worthy of five stars!!!

I am BST fabrics long time customer. Found them on Ebay and used for months until realising that they have online shop where prices are even lower so started buying more. That's nothing Yet. One day found BST on Facebook and watched my first FB life. That was my lucky day as there was finally someone telling me difference between all fabrics and giving tips about using them. My life is complete, sewing room full to the brim and I can't thank you enough for such a friendly and positive customer service. Earned new friends that are fabrics crazy like me and saved lots of money. Highly recommended!

Great selection of wonderful fabrics...very good prices....friendly and extremely helpful staff. I am just learning about sewing and fabrics so it was great to be helped by an enthusiastic young lady. I think her name was Katie? Would definitely recommend this store

First order through E-bay - something went wrong. Customer Service excellent. What went wrong isn't important because they put it right straightaway. Several orders since direct from their site allowing 1st class post as a delivery option. Ordered one day, posted the next with e-mailed confirmation. Received following day. Brilliant. Can't ask for more. My orders were for sticky back baize felt in a selection of colours. Top quality product. Vibrant colour, sticks well and most importantly, stays stuck! Very happy to use company again and to recommend to others.

BST is a little gem, the online store is full of treasure and the live broadcasts are so funny yet informative. The staff are friendly and the whole atmosphere is more like family than a shopping experience. Have managed to get some brilliant bargain quality fabric which have arrived in good time beautifully presented. Often mention them to others and their quickly becoming my go to shop despite the fact i live in east anglia no where near the shop ;)
