Really enjoyed our meal, quick service and the staff couldn’t do enough for the people who were in wheel chairs and scooters

Was ok went with friend and her little one But I must say The Bread Buns Fall Apart Everything Falls Out..!! Never used to...Chips were Just say warm as was the Burger Then I found A Hair amongst my chips when I tipped them out the packet...Don't no what's happened but it's not the same

The food was good . But the seating was terrible . All the tables to crowded together you couldn't fit in between to walk to a table . Seating is so uncomfortable aswell .

Asked for a 3 cheese & caramelised onions. Didn't notice 3 different cheeses & not a single onion

what has happened to the portion sizes? i have always preferred bk and the portions were great, but some of my family were complaining a few weeks ago about it and i had one last week, a bacon double cheese burger xl large meal and the fries was like a kids portion and the coke was small- i'm sure the burgers were thinner too. thats three customers you have lost, not good.

Food as normal. Service appalling and the speed of the staff is ridiculously slow!! People standing about when there was a huge queue.

Why have a food restaurant without any toilet!!! ����

We orderd 2 whopper meals one with coke one with coffee .and 2 kids chicken nugget meals to say they where whoppers is a massive mistake, they had no filling in 1 scabby bit of lettuce a very thin but of tomatoe No mayo on just wasn't worth the money at all, my husband got the coffee and it was cold so he took it back and got a replacement but that was just Luke warm .. and we were all still hungry when we left .... sorry but not worth the money at all .. McDonald's all the way for us from now on

Ordered a buy one get one free whopper using the app, 2 large fries and 2 drinks, the retarted little chav on the till put through all I asked for then an extra meal on top, cheeky bitch

Never ever go here for foodz the supervisor now training to be manager come into work still drunk, staff member have sex on their breaks and go back into work and when there's a leak in the kitchen staff are made to work around it, it's absolutely disgusting, cleaningng at night doesn't get done correctly, it's just a vile place to be! Absolutely filthy

My husband loves BK. I hate the place. It took forever to get served. The staff were talking to each other whilst filling the servings of chips. Fine, yes but when your serving is cold and holds about 10 chips, not acceptable. The burgers are placed on the trays first, so by the time your chips arrive the burgers are cold. Up your standards. Urghh.

Just ordered 3 baconnaise Angus meals and a chicken baconnaise meal. What an absolute shambles! Talk about false advertising! Couldn't find the bacon, or the mayonnaise, and if the tiny slice of tomato was any thinner we wouldn't have seen it at all!! Everything was luke warm, and the milkshakes were runnier than diahorria after a vindaloo! I dare one of the "big cheeses" to take an experimental visit to this branch, without making the staff aware, so they can see for themselves just how crap it really is. A response to this complaint would be very much appreciated, however I won't hold my breath.

I was disgusted with Burger King today . My burger bun was stale and hardly any bacon . My daughter got a kids meal and she had 8 chips . Husband burger stale too . Paid £15 and coppers . Went to complain and was told " we had no other complaints and if I change it the bread is from the same packet . Asked to speak to manger for a refund . Manager busy and staff member said we would get one . Totally disgusted and wished I had just gone for a proper meal elsewhere instead of wasting my money on stale food

Getting service at burger king metro centre is like watching paint dry, the staff that served me literally served 4 other people before giving me the one burger i ordered, not worth the money or time i wasted.
