Welcome to Burrows. We are estate agents based in Brotton High Street, dealing in Residential Property Sales & Lettings.

Our team consists of Dawn Ward M. N. A. E. A and Bev Brown, we together have been involved in Estate Agency for 15 years.
Whilst working separately for that period of time we have joined forces to bring a new, fresh and exciting approach to selling and renting your homes.
Whilst we both enjoyed our previous roles we have come together to offer a unique service to Vendors, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants.
We both believe that listening and considering our client’s needs while handling the most expensive possession they own gives us a different outlook on most Estate Agencies.
We offer a bespoke service that is suited to our clients and their homes, catering for every Vendor and Landlord individually.
Listening to buyer’s preferences to what type of home they wish to purchase and matching that to our Vendors homes we are marketing.
We offer a fresh honest approach from the onset, do you feel like there is anything to enhance the sale OR rental of your home?
