Wonderful to finally visit the famous Caff├© Bertorelli that my husband has always spoken about. Lovely warm welcome from Frank and according to my two boys they make the best ice cream ever.

Their food is lovely, their salad is fresh, their ice cream is delicious and the cherry on the top is their outstanding customer service. Always so kind and friendly, they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.



Thank you all for your help looking for my purse today, it was the first anniversary of my mams death today and I was a little foggy headed to say the least, your kindness towards me and especially my little boy really cheered me up and it made my son's day bless him.

Popping into BertorelliŌĆÖs is a must for any local returning to Newbiggin after along absence. A real nice up of coffee

No complaints nice friendly service and nice outside seating area. IŌĆÖm a regular visitor when IŌĆÖm up that way

Lovely staff in a lovely place with lovely food. Had toasted sarnies and panini and tea and coffee and paradise cake and ice creams. Yum ’┐Į

Lovely cafe, great food and friendly staff...it was so cold yesterday morning when we arrived but the fabulous bacon sarnies and piping hot coffee soon warmed us up. See you in two weeks ’┐Į

Knickerbocker glory is the best I have tasted in 25 yrs lovely people,lovely atmosphere,child friendly made us very welcome,we will definitely be there again xx

It is without doubt the best place to go for a delicious coffee with a great atmosphere and a staff who can not do enough for you

Had a lovely morning in Bertorellis, meeting friends, drinking coffee and buying 2 lovely mugs. We love going there by ourselves, with our grandchildren and to meet our friends. All the staff are so helpful and we love to meet Frank to catch up on what we've seen at the cinema lately! Love the mugs, postcards and fridge magnets. The design is brilliant.

Had a coffee and ice cream both were beautiful the service was excellent the staff were brilliant I honestly could not fault anything and will be popping in again without a doubt ­¤ī¤­¤ī¤­¤ī¤­¤ī¤­¤ī¤

Place is well presented and comfortable, good place to relax :) .

Beautiful little cafe/ ice cream parlour. Kids absolutely loved their knickerbocker glories and banana splits. I had the best cup of coffee & amazing carrot cake. Absolutely lovely place with friendly staff.

After a lovely walk along the prom on a cold day called in for a hot chocolate which we enjoyed very much we will go back soon I want to try hot beef sandwich

After a family game of cricket on the beach, Caffe Bertorelli was just the place to stop for coffee and cake. The kids also liced the ice cream. Recommend to all.
