This weeks cake, a special moment recreated for Lorna Louise and Martin of their time at the Grand Canyon when as you can see Martin proposed....of course Lorna said yes which meant I got to tell their story through this cake for their engagement party last night, Cake is a victoria sponge with Jam and buttercream, helicopter is made from rice crispie treats. The cake is the outline shape of North America ❤️

This cake has decorations that was on her mam and dads wedding cake last year and also a fruit cake which was the top tier of their 6 tier cake. Bottom Tier is Cherry Bakewell Sponge. This weeks wedding cake: Bottom Tier is Chocolate Orange sponge filled with Orange butter cream and grated Terrys Chocolate Orange. Top Cake is Vanilla Bean Sponge filled with Vanilla Bean Buttercream and Raspberry Jam. The flowers are hand made Gypsophilia with filler buds and handmade leaves. 😊
