I first came to see Paul after having my second child & it was one of the hardest things I’ve EVER done... hormones still all over, self esteem rock bottom & in my mind there weren’t enough hours in the day to eat well, exercise & look after my family (I was full of excuses)

But after 5 minutes of being with Paul I knew he believed in me more than I had ever believed in myself, I remember he said - “You aren’t doing this by yourself we are doing it together and we are going to smash it” and he’s stayed true to that’s & the support has continued with every single obstacle I’ve faced!

I was ready for change and Paul was the guy to make that happen! It’s been a juggling act, 2 kids- nursery and activities, house to run and family to look after/feed. But taking that hour out for myself 3 times a week hasn’t only benefited me it’s benefited my family!

One being a bodybuilding show and the other The Miss Worlds Modeling show. During my prep Paul has been meticulous about my diet and training ensuring I'm doing everything to get the best possible results and my god did it work well. I went on to win my trophy as a runner up 2nd place at The Miss Worlds and now will continue doing some Fitness modeling work, which has been a huge goal of mine. I'll still continue doing bikini bodybuilding shows and wouldn't chose to train with anyone else. He knows how my body responds and I trust his knowledge 100%. An absolute pleasure, and has become a great friend.

I have notice a missive difference in my body and the transformation is becoming very apparent. His classes are fantastic he gives you plenty of guidance on how to get the most out of a workout.
