England's Number One...

Earlier this year I was commissioned by Stuart to create this golf-based caricature for himself and his friends who all turn 40 this year. It was a detailed brief and was a great job to work on. By all accounts it was well received! Cheers Stuart.

A birthday caricature commission for someone with business locations in London and The North east. There was a lot going on in this and the client wanted a highly detailed finished piece - which I always enjoy working on.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Dave, we LOVE our Wedding caricature, it’s absolutely incredible.



Dave is such a nice guy, he even stayed a little longer to make sure he was able to do as many caricatures as possible for our guests.



It’s definitely worth paying that bit extra to have your caricature printed on the paper he uses to draw your guests caricatures. Everyone said how amazing they were and are still talking about it two months down the line.



We searched for months to find a caricaturist as we noticed that other artists made people look grotesque and seemed to emphasise their flaws but Dave is the complete opposite, he manages to emphasise peoples features in a more natural way so they still look beautiful.



He is without a doubt the best caricaturist we have ever seen and we are so happy and pleased he was able to be a part of our special day. We’d hire Dave without hesitation for any future functions etc. So thank you again Dave for helping to make our day extra special.

Received an awesome SAFC calendar for Xmas and absolutely love it! As a lifelong Red & White, following us home and away there’s not a lot Sunderland related I get excited about at the moment but looking through each month of excellent caricatures take me back to happier times! four portraits for myself and friends....all brilliant. Pay the extra if you can and go for the fully developed portrait,you won't regret it.

I received a caricature for my birthday and it is absolutely brilliant! So much so that we had one done for my sisters birthday which is fantastic. Dave was so friendly and I would certainly recommend him.

I have had 2 caricatures done by Dave now, both as gifts and both absolutely superb! The first a wedding gift and the 2nd a retirement gift that combined 2 caricatures which Dave then framed side-by-side! Dave was an absolutely fantastic addition to our wedding. He had a circle of people around him the entire time he was with us - I think people didn't dare move incase they lost their place in the queue, they were so keen to get a picture. And the picture he did of me and my husband is such a lovely keepsake. A quite breathtaking talent and a lovely gentleman.

Dave came to draw guests at our wedding on Saturday as the wedding favours. He was absolutely amazing and spent so long drawing as many people as he could.
