Last job of the day done for a returning customer.... all furniture moved and put back on a foil barrier whilst carpet drys out, speed dryers used to reduce the over all drying time and I choose to use a deodoriser that smells like baby powder! 👶 ... looks clean, is clean and smells clean!

We will be 100% back working tomorrow. Inline heater Is now fixed and temperate dial is reading pretty accurately after a few hours calibrating it properly. Happy days 🙂

After being to the suppliers today to get the part to fix the machine. We picked up a couple of nice smelling deodorisers.
We now have a choose of: Fresh cotton Baby powder... Honeysuckle Fresh Linen

Sorry for the short notice and inconvenience but I will be closed today due to needing a new capillary thermostat for the inline magma heater due to it breaking. I’ll be able to the part and heater fixed today but will have to rearrange today’s appointments so I can get myself back up and running for tomorrow.

North East Carpet Care To the rescue with this job. Customer has used us before and remembered the advice about not to use shop bought products or scrub at carpets. Here is a pet accident on a pure 100% wool carpet...Customer got in contact with me as soon as it happened and luckily I have managed to sort it straight away. Carpet is now back to looking the way it should and customer is happy. Safe to say this ones been saved from what could of potentially been some permanent staining ✅

We have the following appointments available for carpet cleaning or sofa cleaning:

Full house deep clean from top to bottom ready for new tenant moving in.
All carpets vacuumed and deep cleaned, and speed dried. We used a high heat to help sanitise the carpets and treated with an bacteriacide and anti fungal deodouriser giving to ensure they were pretty much germ free.
All fixtures such as light switches and plug sockets, internal windows, window sills, skirting boards, doors and woodwork throughly cleaned and disinfected.
... Bathroom deep cleaned. Mirror and shower glass polished to a streak free shine. Sink, toilet and bath cleaned to remove soap scum. All other surfaces cleaned and disinfected, including the floor. We even left some toilet rolls and put a loo block in the toilet (it’s the little things)
Kitchen throughly cleaned and disinfected, including the cleaning of the floor and inside the cupboards and work surfaces. Put the dishwasher on a clean also and cleaned the filters.
