Would very much recommend staying over at Beach View 20. Lovely clean modern facilities, well looked after by the owners, everything available to keep the kids entertained on both sunny and rainy days. We'll be back for a 3rd time in 2018 x

Would highly recommend c&b 3 bed gold caravan crimdon dene hire. Caravan is a 2 minute walk away from all the facilities and the caravan itself is very modern and lovely. Will be booking with C&B from now on for all our visits to crimdon dene.

Well what can I say...had an amazing time here at the weekend just gone.



When entering the site you just don't realise how big the park is it's got everything you need; restaurant, show bar, three kids play areas and an indoor swimming pool which was lovely and warm for my little boy. The caravan we stayed at was second to none it was absolutely superb inside and has literally everything you needed. It was very spacious but at the same time very much cosy and a 'home from home' feel. The view was to die for seeing right over the sea!



The location was great, about 4 minutes walk to the steps that lead to the beach and about 2 minutes walk to the entertainment centre which was great after a night in the show house. I couldn't fault this caravan at all and the owner was lovely, she catered for all our needs and was always just a text away if I needed anything.



My little boy was poorly one night and we had to throw away a pillow because he was sick but the owner was very understanding and even gave me the full deposit back which I didn't expect at all.



Overall a great stay, great caravan and lovely owner so will definitely be back and won't be staying anywhere else!

We've just come back after spending four nights away in Cates caravan, we've all had an absolutely FABULOUS time!!



I can not recommend their caravan enough. This was my first ever time staying in a caravan and I can honestly say I've been well a truly spoilt, the standard and creature comforts that Cate caters for are of an impeccable standard! It felt like home away from home and we were sad to say goodbye, we're already planning our next visit!



The park was quiet and immaculate, and the facilities there were very convenient and friendly!



Plenty of family friendly local activities and places to explore. We've thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a fantastic stay, we look forward to next time!

Stayed here for last half term what a lovely comfortable caravan weather wasn't great but caravan was lovely and warm and had plenty of games to keep kids occupied I will definitely stay again x

Really don’t know where to begin... I’ll start by the enquiry. When I seen this page on Facebook I was a bit reluctant to go ahead with enquiring about the date I wanted as when I had messaged Cate and she told me the price I wasn’t sure if it was a scam due to how cheap it was. So Cate reassured me that everything was legit so I booked it. When on arrival I was shocked at how well presented the caravan was from the outside. When walking in I was in absolute shock of how clean and modern this caravan was it was like a bungalow. I spent Friday to Monday here and I really didn’t want to leave!!! So for anyone who is uncertain to book or enquire BOOK!! I will be returning here 100% couldn’t of wished for a better caravan 5* to the caravan & service I received �x

If I could give 10 stars I would. This caravan is beautiful and so close to the beach. Waking up to that view across the water each morning was amazing. I went here with my two kids and we loved every minute. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed dinners outdoors looking out across the sea �Highly recommend ����

Had a great 3 nite stay in this beautiful caravan .. It's situated right where you need to be .. 2 minutes from clubhouse and right next to the beach .. Caravan is immaculate inside and out. I also liked the extra things like toys for the kids to play with, ( my 2 year old little boy had great fun ) .. Dvds, scooters, footballs etc as I think sometimes if the weather is bad they can get a little bored but this wasn't the case .. Beds are really comfy.. Kitchen had everything you needed and living area is great .. Over all 5 star.. Can't wait to book again

Got back today from a brilliant 4 days stay in this lovely caravan, it has everything you need and more.... Me & my family loved it! Fantastic owners they did everything possible to make it an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend 5* X

Excellent caravan with excellent amenities could not of asked for anything else. if needed help with anything you where only a message away, i will recommend you most definitely.

Cates caravan is gorgeous, we're definitely coming back ASAP xx
