I had an appointment to have semi-permanent eyebows done. Right from the moment my daughter and I walked into the shop we were treated very well. The staff were very professional and thorough and after filling in a very thorough questionnaire the therapist studied my answers and checked everything thoroughly. The treatment was fine, it was over very quickly and as exact measurements were made at the start there were no worries about anything not matching ! Aftercare advise was given very clearly and I know I can contact them with any little worries I may have, though I have not had any concerns whatsoever. Zoey was wonderful, full of advice and very patient, talked through colour palettes, shapes, aftercare etc. The salon itself is immaculate and you know you're in good, safe hands. She seen to everything so professionally and instantly put me at ease that we would take all the time I needed to have my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them.



I didn't feel rushed to just accept anything and she made me feel comfortable to say If I wanted them thicker/thinner/arched.

She constantly had me checking through stages that I was happy and what step I wanted to take next (blocked or hair stroke)



I honestly won't go anywhere else now, she's done such an amazing job! If anyone is thinking about getting it done, I'd 100% recommend it with zoey.

Came in on Saturday for a opera facial. 30 mins went over quick. Instant results my forehead wrinkles were less deep and reduced and my make up went on perfect the next day.. look forward to more treatments xx

Went for a LED facial and microdermabrasion yesterday that I got as a gift for Christmas. Appointment was mixed up, thought I was going in for a fat freeze on stomach (I am pregnant so that wouldn't be the case) kept calling me the wrong name so clearly didn't look at the appointment book, just not very professional. Appointment lasted 30mins in total which for £50, isn't worth the money. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience as I am sure a fat freeze would of been a lot more money to them.
