Went last for a friends birthday celebrations. Excellent service, fabulous food in an amazing place.

We took a party of more than 20 people. The food was excellent and served very quickly. The staff were polite and very accommodating to all the extras we wanted for our Christmas party. Not the first time I’ve been and I will certainly be going again. I’d recommend this to anybody for small or large parties!

Today at lunchtime myself and a colleague came to the new menu taster session - We both had the "Carbonara Pizza" which was really lovely! Cooked well and tasted great - the first pizza I've had with an egg in the middle too :) My first time at the venue and the atmosphere was nice for a warm day, air con was on and the tables are well spaced. Great range of drinks on offer (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). We'll definitely visit again - thank you!

The best pizza I've ever tasted by far was there for the Liam Gallagher gig last night with my son and we loved it so tasty we where wanting one this morning, the staff very friendly really enjoyed I never write reviews but it was that good I had to ha thanks

Received amazing service from a short blonde girl with great eyeliner on our Saturday night visit, she helped find a space for our table of 9 for just drinks and even offered table service which was amazing and saved us from queuing at the busy bar! Much appreciated and of course the drinks were delicious and great value with the 241! The food also looked and smelt great I would definitely return.

Popped in last night with my son and ordered two pizzas, the meal arrived promptly and was delicious. My sons pizza was a gluten free crust and he said it was the nicest pizza he had! Was unaware of their Thursday deal but two pizzas for £10 is fantastic value!!

Great Neapolitan style pizza and the best I've had in Newcastle by far. Give the 4 mushroom pizza a go. They also make a decent Negroni. Service is very fast so a great pre-theatre choice.

Ate in here for the 1st time last night, it was not our 1st choice of places to eat but due to metro delays & a time restriction we thought we would give it a go.

My husband & myself both ordered a pint, me a Brooklyn lager & him a Jakehead IPA which were both very nice pints. For starters I had Arancini Balls & him cheese, ham & fig salad, both were delicious & then for a main we shared a chicken, pesto pizza & some sweet potato fries again which were delicious.

The service, surrounding, beer & food were fantastic & I certainly will be back again x

First came hear when it first opened and they had the most obnoxious manager ever who was rude as fuck. Gave it another try and pizza was lush staff were really good 🖒

Visited with a group of friends on New Years Eve. Cocktails were great but the Pizza was awful. I’ve never ate a Pizza before then that was both burnt and raw(doughy).

Lovely interior and cocktails were great but the pizza was undercooked ! The crusts were great and crispy but the toppings slopped off and the base itself was soggy and not firm . We got the central chips which were delicious just a shame about the pizza !

Ordered garlic bread 3 portions no garlic taste at all was salty and top was burnt all you could taste was burn worst garlic bred ever tasted ,also we came in sat at table for about 7 mins nobody came over to serve us had to get up and go ask 4 staff members standing with arms folded to serve us ..really bad

Buy one get one free on cocktails.... bollocks! Cocktails are tiny you get what you pay for. Average atmosphere, much better places in the town.

We went in yesterday for something to eat and were told it would be a 45 min wait fair enough as the town was really busy with a concert on and the football. The lady said to us take a sit have a drink then i will come and get u when a table is ready over an hour latter we are still sat there while other people walked straight in and got a table my husband went over to the same member of staff and said this is not on we been waiting for ages so she goes did u tell some one u wanted food we were like yes u u told us to wait. We didn’t even get an apology very bad service and attitude will not ever go back

I’ve been raving about this place for ages but last night significantly disappointed. Went with my friend & her little girl before the Little Mix gig.

Having watched everyone who arrived after us have their order taken, we were eventually served and ordered both food and drinks at the same time - it had taken that long!

Food turned up super quick; drinks were nowhere to be seen for another 10mins. Since when do you get your food before your drinks?

We then asked for some water and that took another 10mins to arrive.

With trepidation, we ordered more drinks to then be told 15mins later that the bar is really busy and there’s a delay! Apparently it was really busy with the Little Mix hoga and the football, all of which were in the calendar months ago so someone senior in there should’ve had a clue it would be busy.

Still no drinks a further 15mins later which started to make us think if they were deliberately stalling so we’d cancel them and leave.

In the meantime, no offer of anything else like desserts whilst my friend and I desperately tried to entertain a bored 9yr old.

Very poor and very very disappointing after I’ve raved so much about the place.

Think I’ll go to The Laundrette next time...
