fabulous cavern of ale wonders! lovely knowledgeable guy - and stocks the gorgeous bad kitty. bypass marks'and sainsbury to get much better trainbeer (or just for any reason really).

This place is great! They had everything I asked for and were really helpful. Plenty of local beers as well, loads of unusual stuff, great location.

I might stop calling it TrainAle, and then I'll be able to find it on Google :D

I found this hidden gem while waiting for the train home from Newcastle and I've told a family and friends about it. The shop itself was very enticing and well laid out. There are so many different and interesting craft beers from the locale and further afield. Great customer service, too, I couldn't fault the guy! I will definitely return if I'm in the area.

Huge selection of local beers and beers from far and wide. Lovely shop with a great atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Perfect for last minute buys before heading home (or on a train journey!). Also some wonderful Christmas gift ideas - I've solved a LOT of my 'impossible to buy for' problems here!

Fantastic little find! Beers from around the country, mostly Northern � Bruce is great and truly knows his beers! Definitely recommend.

Dropped in on Monday for some train beers after craft beer calling and I have to say I was so impressed with the choice of craft beer.

Bruce and Donna were a pleasure to meet and I really wish them nothing but success at CentrAle.

Awesome shop! After a long day of travelling this was a really nice surprise find whilst waiting for my connecting train. Shame I didn't have longer to explore and it was just a flying visit. Super friendly fellow behind the counter, would definitely have to make a visit to Newcastle again just for another browse around the wide variety of alcohol on offer :D
